If a user has the mobile app installed on their phone, they will automatically receive push notifications whenever a new meeting is booked with them.   Unfortunately, there are two huge flaws with this functionality:   1) The meeting time displayed in the notification will always be in the account's default time zone, rather than the time zone for the user's mobile device or the time zone that was selected when the meeting was booked. This is understandably problematic for national or international businesses with reps that span time zones.   Support has told me that they are aware of this issue, however it would be a very large/complicated project to address so it is not currently on the roadmap. Which....is what it is, I suppose. We *could* live with this if not for issue #2...   2) The meeting time in the push notification does not include *any* time zone. This is understandably very confusing for sales reps, especially if they receive a calendar invite and email notification at the same time with different meeting times - this slows them down and adds to the mental load of managing their day-to-day workload.   We're "lucky" in the sense that our reps only work across 2 time zones - US Central Time and US Eastern time. For the half of our sales force that is in Eastern, they can do the quick math in their head and add an hour to the meeting time (that is, if they are aware that the default is the account time zone -- and I'm sure not all of them will remember this). But what about international companies? Or those with reps in both Hawaii and New York? I can't imagine how frustrating this must be.   Requesting that HubSpot please, at minimum, add the default account time zone to the push notification so users know they need to review the time further.   ...read more

Hi,  I could not find an answer to my question in the community. Therefore my new message. In the Hubspot app I am able to see the meetings scheduled. By clicking on such a meeting I see with who the meeting is. It would be really helpful to be able to click on the contact there and then automatically go to the contact record. Every **bleep** week, I have to deal with at least one user in my Hubspot portal struggling with 2FA. And what's worse? They don't even get the **bleep** notifications on the Hubspot app on their phone when they log in on their computer. And you know what? The Hubspot iOS app has more errors than the Hubspot Android app. And don't even get me started on my users. They're not tech-savvy, they're not good at English and they can't even remember where they saved the PDF file containing 10 codes. But that's not their fault, you can't expect a salesperson, a customer service representative, or a content writer to have a deep understanding of technology. As a Super Admin, I have to support all my users with their 2FA errors. And you know what? It's a total waste of my time. I could have used that time to do more important and productive tasks. As the Hubspot portal Super Admin, I USED TO BE ABLE to help my users RESET their 2FA. At least they could set up a new 2FA and continue using their Hubspot until they got the **bleep** error again. But now? Even Super Admins don't have the right to reset 2FA for users. When their 2FA fails, and they want to reset it, Hubspot sends them an email asking for information. And what do they get in return? They have to wait 48 - 72 hours for the Hubspot support team to send an email to help. And you know what? In the meantime, I have to create them a temporary account with another email to use. I can't let the company's work slow down, dammit! And what do I get for all of this? A bunch of unresolved work and complaints from users. They're always whining and crying about not being able to reset their 2FA immediately like I've done in the past. I'm frustrated and stressed out of my mind! It's not just a waste of my time; it's causing productivity issues for the whole company! Sure, Hubspot is a great tool, but this 2FA garbage is causing more stress than it's worth. Hubspot needs to improve their 2FA system and provide better support for their users. Users shouldn't have to wait days to access their accounts, and Super Admins shouldn't have to create temporary accounts to keep the company's work going. It's time for Hubspot to step up and make 2FA a smoother and more user-friendly experience. Enough is enough, dammit! Or at least, give me back the right to reset my users' 2FA! And let me guess, some Hubspot support person will send me a bunch of links to some knowledge articles that I've read dozens of times! ...read more

When a new lead fills out a form on my site, I receive an automated email to let me know that a form has been submitted.   When I click the orange button to View in Hubspot I am taken to the Contact record. In the activity feed, I can see the Form Submission event has been added.    My expectation is that, like the web version, I can click a chevron icon labelled Updated x Properties, which will expand the card to show the values submitted in the form.   The actual behaviour is that there is no label + icon; only the event card saying a form was submitted.   I would like to be able to expand the card in the mobile app so that I can refer back to the form submission when communicating the customer, without having to open the web version, dig out the original email or conversation. I get many notifications, and sometimes it is impossible to tell who it is from or which email it is tracking. I wish there would be an option to see who the addressees of the email are and what is in the email body. As such, the notification is not helpful or actionable.   ...read more
