It would be really useful if we could create workflows based on meetings, as we do with contacts or deals. To give you an example, I wanted to create a workflow that would change the stage of the deal automatically when a meeting is created with a future date. Even though I found a way to create the workflow, I could not use it as it did not allow me to re-enroll due to using meeting properties. TL;DR At month-end, the Scheduler displays a calendar filled with past dates and a zero-state message (“No available dates this month”), along with an email link. Many visitors bounce instead of clicking to the next month, which leaves unused capacity at the start of every new month.   This is an expensive UX issue for us.   Problem The calendar is locked to the current month, so most of the UI becomes unbookable days at the month's end. When the remaining days of the month have no slots, the page shows an email and a “next month” control—users often stop here and do not advance. Result: higher abandonment rate and under-utilized availability on the first days of the following month (costly for teams that staff to capacity).   Proposal Add a rolling, future-only view with these behaviors (as a setting or default): Hide past days in the current month. The past is never bookable. Auto-advance to the next available date when the rest of the current month is fully booked. Highlight “Next available: {Date}” and preselect that day/time list. Optional admin setting: show the next N days (e.g., 14/30) regardless of month boundaries. Also, you can use the scheduler's availability window.   Expected outcomes Fewer bounces at month-end; more bookings in the first week of each month. Clearer UX: visitors always land on a screen with bookable options—never a dead end.   Examples: Zero Availability = High Bounce Rate Example: Past Dated Dominating the UI Examples: Excess Availability at Start of Next Month   Our Context We are on the Platform Enterprise plan. It would be great to be able to change the default meeting reminder email or meeting booked email when creating a scheduling page. The minor customization allowed in the form of additional unformtted text is not enough. Within our organization we use Microsoft Teams for all meetings. When people book a meeting through the Meeting tool with someone, we now have to manually send out an additional Microsoft Teams meeting. We would like to these meeting tool invites to already be Microsoft Teams invites. I know this is possible since Hubspot does exactly this within their own organization, except with Zoom.   It would really make a big difference to us if this were possible.   **Moderator Edit** This issue has been merged with Marialll2694's post titled: Automatic Microsoft Teams Invite Link to be sent when meeting is scheduled. All comments and kudos have been combined here.   Marialll2694 When you scheudle a meeting through hubspot it should be integrated with Microsoft Teams in a way that it creates the invite with the conference link. Currently you have to send another invite with the link.   We were considering purchasing HubSpot and this integration threw a wrench in the whole deal. With COVID 19 we are all having to work remote and we use Microsoft Teams (along with 75 million users) because it's part of our corporate suite. Not having this integration is detrimental to a seamless & delightful experience with our clients.   Part of the "magic" with HubSpot is that something like this doesn't happen. We currently have custom properties for contacts, deals, companies and tickets. We need custom properties for activities too, which means custom properties for task, meetings, calls, etc.   Examples:  - Calls: Aircall has to "print" text into the description for the call output - Meetings: we want to confirm them 2 times. We can record in a structured way whether the meeting has been confirmed. - Tasks: we'd like to have importance and urgency as inputs to define priority. Beta: Meetings index page and custom meeting properties   Really excited about being able to use custom meeting properties for reporting, it opens up a lot of new possibilities. But in practice, it’s really hard to use at scale: I wanted to categorize past meetings using custom properties, but we have over 5,000 meetings. There's no way to update them in bulk, so we'd have to update each meeting manually, which makes the feature unusable for historical data. Also, if I want to enforce a custom field (like “custom meeting types” or "custom meeting sources"), there's no way to make those properties visible on the activity card when logging or scheduling a meeting from a contact/company/deal. So users never see it, and it doesn't get filled in. Hello all, I recently became a Super Key-User in Hubspot and was trying some stuff with the Outlook intergration. I found out that when you cancel a meeting via Hubspot, it will not cancel the meeting in Outlook. Someone already mentioned it for Google Calender before but also for Outlook it does not work while switching time and day is possible and intergrated.    To conclude: I would really like to have the function, when a Hubspot created meeting is canceled in Hubspot, it will also cancel the meeting in Outlook. ...read more
