It seems that at the moment, the only links that are able to be tracked are hard coded links in the email. Links that are created via personalization tokens aren't treated the same way and tracking isn't applied.   This is obviously challenging for us as marketers, as we can't understand click-through rate on links that are dynamic by user (for example, links that direct users into their unique dashboard within our application).   Is there anything in the works to enable link tracking there? Have you considered the ability to add an ID or click element within the raw HTML? This is something I know is available within Hubspot's CMS when building web pages.   Thanks, ... Afficher plus

Hi there!   At the moment, there isn't any option to exclude employee activity from counting towards forms analytics, marketing email analytics or campaign analytics.   For the general web analytics this can be done by excluding IP addresses, however not for other tools in HubSpot.   Why is this important? There needs to be a way to test conversion paths (click marketing email, submit form on page) without skewing the conversion rates before even launching a campaign. (Deleting contacts after testing doesn't do the trick, they still remain part of the email and form analytics.) We have quite a few properties which calculate the difference between two dates.   When these are included in a report and exported the values always default to hours. This leads to quite a lot of manual formula work within Excel to get these values to show as days.   It would be great if, when in the report builder, you could choose whether these values are shown in minutes, hours, days, weeks etc - similar to how you can choose the 'Date Part' for date properties. ... How does this not exist?  There are folders to organize workflows, but not reports or dashboards.  This is a major oversight.   I have found numerous discussions here and elswhere with many other folx interested in this feature.   Can we please get this on the table for review?  It should be a pretty straightforward architectural change.  Would love to hear from someone in product management on this, perhaps there is a reason that is does not yet exist?     ... Hi there,    As a HubSpot user, I would like to analyse forms and their submission in the custom report builder. This was already possible in beta, but was unfortunately removed again upon release. Unfortunately, @JoeMayall's  solution to this only works to a limited extent for our use case: "The best place to analyze form submissions is in the Form Analytics page (Analytics Tools > Forms)" What we need:   Filter submissions (e.g. by lifecyclestage of the contact) Further data on submissions (e.g. on which website took it place). Further options for graphical representation. Currently there are only Area, Column and Line. Drill down from the report to the individual contact. Similar to almost all existing reports, a table should open when the report is interacted with. At present, the report only links to the form. And most importantly: A report that depends on the exact time of the submission. First and recent conversion are too imprecise for this.   ... Afficher plus

We're having an issue with filtering contacts when assigning Marketing Contact and Non-Marketing Contact statuses. I can filter for "Email hard bounce reason" or "Number of bounces" but these properties stay populated when I unbounce a contact. As a result, I can't accurately filter for contacts who are actively bounced. Since I can't accurately filter for this, this means I'm not able to accurately set a Marketing Contact Status for these contacts.    Additionally, I don't seem to have a reliable way to mark bounced contacts as Non-Marketing which means I'll be billed for bounced contacts with a "Marketing Contact" status. This feels like a really important detail for the Marketing Contact account structure. Any advice? Is it possible to have this developed in the platform?  ... Afficher plus

Idea: Make all Date-filters available everywhere they are relevant.   Background:  Hubspot is missing date-filters in multiple places and is not consistent (i.e. different date-filters are available at different places) about them. This issue drastically reduces the power of filters, reports, automation and marketing, etc. Fixing that would be high impact, it's a core platform feature, with impact on all products.   There has been 15+ ideas on the forum about missing date-filters for filters, reports, lists, workflows, ... everything. Those ideas were at first aimed to request one date-filter in one place. This master idea aims at grouping all smaller ideas, giviing visibility to this "Date-filters" issue and getting it prioritized as one overall review of "Date-filters" across Hubspot. Because the only solution is for Hubspot to fix Date-filters everywhere, by working just on that.   Things currently not possible on Hubspot (i.e. use cases): 1/ Filter contacts with last activity is more than 10 days ago 2/ Filter deals with a close date that is in the past 3/ Build Report on Deals with last activity is more than 30 days ago I want to give my sales team a filter of contact not contacted since 14 days. I am expecting to go to contact and to save a filter but the Date-filter required to do that is missing. 4/ Build List of Contacts with customer/deal who expire in the next 30 days 5/ Build List of Contacts with deal created last week. Etc...   Research: I've been comparing all Date-filters and noticed there are 11 types of Date-filters currently available on Hubspot (see screenshot below). The issue is that those Date-filters are randomly available on: - Contact WF but not Deal WF - on List but not on Report - on Dashboard but not Contact Table Etc. There seems to be no logic and that this is just the results of features coming one after the other while Date-filters never receiving focus as one topic.   This feature request is not about creating new Date-filters but only about making all the ones currently existing available everywhere, it is relevant to have them. I'm suprised this doesn't exist and I imagine it would really take reporting to the best level.  A feature in reports where you can generate a report based on the history of the property and its growth overtime.  An example where I would use this feature: We have a property which tells us whether or not a company hasa service. If they do, its YES, if they dont' its NO.  We would like to create a report on the quantity of YES in that property over time. ... Afficher plus

In the account and billing section, you can view a report of contacts usage over time. I would like to be able to create our own report using that data. We are currently going through a CRM cleanup exercise so it would be a helpful report to show the success of the cleanup and how many total contacts were cut with a breakdown by marketing contact status.   Basically recreate the report from the account and billing section but with the ability to change the timescale and add to a dashboard. ...
