The tracking url functionallity on the marketing campaign object could use some work.   1. The ur's a stuffed a way unlogical.  They deserve a own space on the marketing campaigns. Especially on bigger campaigns you might have up to a 100 urls.     2. Currently you can only copy the shortened tracking version, not the long version.  For one it's not always necessary to use a shortened link. Second: Bit.ly (currently only option) is overpriced and we don't want hub.ly links. 3. It would be very helpfull while creating a new tracking url, you can see the already active urls. Preventing from duplicate urls and also creating overview while creating which urls have already been made.  ...read more

We are looking for a way to track all contacts acquired from a campaign using organic/paid to be able to include our paid, organic, agency, outside spends for a campaign then be able to make reporting based on cost per lead for various time periods built into the reporting capabilities in Hubspot. Hi there!   At the moment, there isn't any option to exclude employee activity from counting towards forms analytics, marketing email analytics or campaign analytics.   For the general web analytics this can be done by excluding IP addresses, however not for other tools in HubSpot.   Why is this important? There needs to be a way to test conversion paths (click marketing email, submit form on page) without skewing the conversion rates before even launching a campaign. (Deleting contacts after testing doesn't do the trick, they still remain part of the email and form analytics.) Especially in larger companies with a lot of employees testing assets, this makes forms and email analytics unreliable.   Thank you for looking into this. ...read more

Hi there,    As a HubSpot user, I would like to analyse forms and their submission in the custom report builder. This was already possible in beta, but was unfortunately removed again upon release. Unfortunately, @JoeMayall's  solution to this only works to a limited extent for our use case: "The best place to analyze form submissions is in the Form Analytics page (Analytics Tools > Forms)" What we need:   Filter submissions (e.g. by lifecyclestage of the contact) Further data on submissions (e.g. on which website took it place). Further options for graphical representation. Currently there are only Area, Column and Line. Drill down from the report to the individual contact. Similar to almost all existing reports, a table should open when the report is interacted with. At present, the report only links to the form. And most importantly: A report that depends on the exact time of the submission. First and recent conversion are too imprecise for this.   ...read more

Hubspot has a data point for "Date Added to List", which allows you to see the exact date a contact was added to an active list. However, this data is not available to filter or report on. Currently you can only export this data from the list view, by adding "Added to List Date" as a column, export, then filter in excel., which really limits automation needed. Seeing as this data point exists, I do not see why I am unable filter or report on it. ...read more

By default, marketing campaigns acts as a compiler of assets which provides us an overview of all the data of the assets assigned to it. This is very convinient (especially once this one is also implemented ~ https://community.hubspot.com/t5/HubSpot-Ideas/Allow-an-asset-to-be-tagged-to-multiple-campaigns/idi-p/699417) however we saw that the unsubscribe data isn't compiled. Its weird given that the data is already available on each marketing email. How come this data isn't summarized?   We hope that this would be included soon. ...read more
