I want to be able to report on specific forms (schedule a demo, contact us, referral, etc.) to see how many are submitted each month, where they are coming from to reach those form submission pages (website, email, social media, paid search, SMS) to track volume, forecast, and better understand the ratio of submission to actual deals created (are we getting more/fewer submissions from qualified leads on any given channel?) HubSpot is not currently able to complete this operation. You can only report on forms in aggregate, without source for deals created, and not month to month (single time period), which is both messy and not especially valuable.
