I would love to be able to assign a campaign to specific email content sections and then be able to report on them directly from the email perfomance section of the email or via a summary report. E.G sending an email with 3 different content sections that each relate to different campaigns. This is something the Microsoft does and is really useful to:   Track content/campaign interations Be able to report on top-clicked links in relation to campaigns and top-engaged contacts and across the company level The HubSpot system does not pull in the link string within the report builders linked to those assets. It seems that at the moment, the only links that are able to be tracked are hard coded links in the email. Links that are created via personalization tokens aren't treated the same way and tracking isn't applied.   This is obviously challenging for us as marketers, as we can't understand click-through rate on links that are dynamic by user (for example, links that direct users into their unique dashboard within our application).   Is there anything in the works to enable link tracking there? Have you considered the ability to add an ID or click element within the raw HTML? This is something I know is available within Hubspot's CMS when building web pages.   Thanks, ...read more

I'd like the ability to see a list of our pop-up forms along with the active triggers for each pop-up without having to go into each pop-up individually. This would make it easier to know which pop-up triggers we should optimize - either by adjusting the amount of time before someone sees a pop-up or adding/removing triggers like "On 50% page scroll" or "On exit intent." ...read more

I would like to add the chatbot to the original source for my inbounds in my reports or at least build a report about all my leads coming thru Chatbot and then watching whethere they close a deal or not.  As of now, there is no way to identify the chatbot as a good lead generation tool or not. We have quite a few properties which calculate the difference between two dates.   When these are included in a report and exported the values always default to hours. This leads to quite a lot of manual formula work within Excel to get these values to show as days.   It would be great if, when in the report builder, you could choose whether these values are shown in minutes, hours, days, weeks etc - similar to how you can choose the 'Date Part' for date properties. ...read more

Idea: Create the ability to send all data inclusing report data and web analytics data and social media data to Google Sheets. In this way you can adjust all data coming from HubSpot, making it more important as a web data platform, and use it for automating report and dashboards in the google stack. In the account and billing section, you can view a report of contacts usage over time. I would like to be able to create our own report using that data. We are currently going through a CRM cleanup exercise so it would be a helpful report to show the success of the cleanup and how many total contacts were cut with a breakdown by marketing contact status.   Basically recreate the report from the account and billing section but with the ability to change the timescale and add to a dashboard. ...read more

This is so desperately needed. No other company 3rd party connector has this feature and we have work with multiple.  We need to be able to fully customize the mappings between Shopify and HubSpot. When we make new Metafields in Shopify they need to be viewable during the mappings in HubSpot so we have total control of where we want data to flow in HubSpot and have the ability to select any property. Full customization would solve all our issues. The value this will bring is huge. Shopify is one of the biggest platforms with millions of users. This solution is not prevalent in the marketplace so by creating this you will be the only integration that has this solution. ...read more
