Great minds think alike

How does this not exist?  There are folders to organize workflows, but not reports or dashboards.  This is a major oversight.   I have found numerous discussions here and elswhere with many other folx interested in this feature.   Can we please get this on the table for review?  It should be a pretty straightforward architectural change.  Would love to hear from someone in product management on this, perhaps there is a reason that is does not yet exist?     ...read more

There is currently no way, not even a standard report, to calculate Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC) in HubSpot. This is a marketing and sales metric 101. CAC should be a standard report, especially when one considers HubSpot is, for many organizations, the single source of truth for all marketing and sales activity. Logically, one would then expect an organization could conduct all reporting in HubSpot as well. We need this report to make informed business decisions. I wanted to show Wistia video watches for specific videos in a report. I created a list for each video. I then build a report based on list membership and filtered in the new lists I created. Only issue is that I cannt filter out ALL the rest of the list the contacts are a part of.   It would be great to be able to target exactly which lists I'd like to see.   Thanks! ...read more

Is there a good reason why reports can only appear on one dashboard?   We'd love to see the ability to share a report across multiple dashboards so that we can create and manage a single report that many users can use on their own dashboards; at the moment we just keep adding more and more reports ...  ...read more

Hi there,   The Hubspot Score, while useful in determining the overall activity levels of leads, is extremely limited in its reporting capacity. I would like the ability to report on increases, decreases, and general movement in Hubspot Score both on a contact-by-contact basis, and as an overall trend.   For example, let's say we have John Smith, our test contact. I would like to create a report that shows the increase or decrease in John's Hubspot Score within a specified time frame. The report could also feature a comparison so that we know by what percentage the score increased or decreased. It would be ideal to report on multiple contacts this way, and to include them in a table.   Next, I'd also like to see a report showing an overall trend of Hubspot score as it pertains to select contacts. For example, if we have a list of 10 contacts, I'd like to show a graph of overall movement in Hubspot Score via line graph or something similar.      ...read more

It would be helpful to have a way of exporting what was the last email they received, what email they unsubscribed from, and a reason as to why they unsubscribed.    It would be benefical for us to get to know our leads better and helps with segmentation of similar leads that are still subscribed.  ...read more

Hi there! We'd love to be able to pull time of day reports and sort contacts by the time of day the lead was created. This would be beneficial on our end in order to know when the bulk of our leads are coming in and identify any trends.
