We see these two fundamentally different reports: 1. Contact attribution reports, and 2. Social post interactions by network. The former assigns a score to interactions a contact took before they converted/actually became a contact, while the latter looks only at interactions made on social posts. The latter does not take into account whatever these interactions come from contacts, or unknown visitors. The HubSpot system, Attribution Report, currently only processes clicks on social posts that lead to pages tracked by HubSpot (i.e. it doesn't account for clicks that turned into leads). Our Marketing Team would benefit from being able to track the 1st interaction to a Lead Converted to a Contact. At this point, we would also need to see their Last Interaction point to see where those Leads Converted.
