HubSpot's Lifecycle is incredibly limited - we don't run our business against these very general and limited value.    We have a custom field we have created for our own marketing lifecycle and use automation to set this field value based on different criteria. Coming from Marketo, where I could create my own funnel versus being locked into an existing one, I would expect a company as innovative as HubSpot to have figured this one out.    We need to be able to create funnel views on dashboards using custom contact fields. Currently this funnel view is locked into HubSpot standard values. It seems like something that would be a standard feature, but our company thinks it is essential to be able to embed HubSpot dashboards in external sites. For example, we have a centralized reporting system which we use a published link to embed external dashboards via iframe. This seems to be available and standard in other platforms, but not HubSpot. 😞 ... Mehr anzeigen

We have quite a few properties which calculate the difference between two dates.   When these are included in a report and exported the values always default to hours. This leads to quite a lot of manual formula work within Excel to get these values to show as days.   It would be great if, when in the report builder, you could choose whether these values are shown in minutes, hours, days, weeks etc - similar to how you can choose the 'Date Part' for date properties. ... It would be fantastic if we could setup a recurring email for a specific report. In my use case, we regularly export the sent marketing emails to csv and report on them.   If this could be scheduled monthly to either send me an email or save to a shared drive location such as onedrive that would be super helpful.   Another option would be to make pulling this data out of the API a possibility that would provie the same benefit. ... When creating reports and dashboards for my organization I found out that Hubspot is not that great in giving you a lot of options. We are implementing multiple leadscoring models for each of our 7 product lines. Therefore I wanted to create a report that instantly shows me the amount of contacts with more than 150 points per product line. I managed to create lists that show me how many people have more than 150 points on the corresponding lead scoring property. I then created a report in which i filtered on the lists i wanted to show and then measured them by count of contacts. So I could easily report to management how many contacts have more than 150 points seperated per product line. You can see this report in the image attached. The second image shows the report right now after hubspot apparently fixed something. It seems it wasnt the intention to make this kind of report possible. Now I cant report in the way i want anymore and I would like to see this functionality return. Is there something I am missing or is this function really removed? Hubspot used to have this function but this was ''fixed'' which made reporting like in the picture above impossible. This is what the same report looks like now. Hi,   I am a true Hubspot fan but find it ludicrous that it does not take marketing and sales to the final mile - to be able to report and monitor on key marketing metrics. For example...How to measure the different KPI's I have in my funnel ie:   CPL - Cost per lead CPMQL - Cost per MQL CPSQL - Cost per SQL CPDEMO - Cost per Demo CAC - Cost per Customer   This needs to be a feature. We need to be able to see this: Over time in absolute numbers As % increases or decreases over time etc, etc. Without it we can not make the major marketing decisions. As marketers we need to compare all channels and their true performane over time in order to know how to optimize and allocate marketing budgets. It would be highly beneficial to be able to report on marketing emails by subscription type. In other words, this would be the capability to group email performance data by its corresponding subscription, and save that report to dashboards.  Right now, there is option to view some data by subscription type by heading to Marketing > Email > Health > subscription.
