Idea: Make all Date-filters available everywhere they are relevant.   Background:  Hubspot is missing date-filters in multiple places and is not consistent (i.e. different date-filters are available at different places) about them. This issue drastically reduces the power of filters, reports, automation and marketing, etc. Fixing that would be high impact, it's a core platform feature, with impact on all products.   There has been 15+ ideas on the forum about missing date-filters for filters, reports, lists, workflows, ... everything. Those ideas were at first aimed to request one date-filter in one place. This master idea aims at grouping all smaller ideas, giviing visibility to this "Date-filters" issue and getting it prioritized as one overall review of "Date-filters" across Hubspot. Because the only solution is for Hubspot to fix Date-filters everywhere, by working just on that.   Things currently not possible on Hubspot (i.e. use cases): 1/ Filter contacts with last activity is more than 10 days ago 2/ Filter deals with a close date that is in the past 3/ Build Report on Deals with last activity is more than 30 days ago I want to give my sales team a filter of contact not contacted since 14 days. I am expecting to go to contact and to save a filter but the Date-filter required to do that is missing. 4/ Build List of Contacts with customer/deal who expire in the next 30 days 5/ Build List of Contacts with deal created last week. Etc...   Research: I've been comparing all Date-filters and noticed there are 11 types of Date-filters currently available on Hubspot (see screenshot below). The issue is that those Date-filters are randomly available on: - Contact WF but not Deal WF - on List but not on Report - on Dashboard but not Contact Table Etc. There seems to be no logic and that this is just the results of features coming one after the other while Date-filters never receiving focus as one topic.   This feature request is not about creating new Date-filters but only about making all the ones currently existing available everywhere, it is relevant to have them. Hi there !   Currently we are trying to create a report for the number of form submissions related to our campaigns, although struggling to understand how to do this (or if it is even possible) through Reports and not by comparing multiple campaigns/forms UI (as we have over 80 campaigns, it would mean separate exports for each and it becomes a mess) . I've tried to create different reports and We have gotten to show form submissions but these are related to the contact object and not the landing page or the form/campaign.  So we'll see a totally different number to what is actually in the campaign number.   Any idea to get around this? ...read more

I send emails on behalf of sales reps with personalized token links which include email and calendars. Because these emails are deployed from up to 40 or so reps at a time, it is very cumbersome to manually review one by one which users have their email and calendar status active. These are data points which are available as a column view, but the export does not include any of this information. Hello!  I am trying to build a list that shows when people opted out from certain subscriptions or all of them as a whole. I see on the record it does show an email subscription change, but I would love to be able to pull that into a list. I think we should be able to pull this property into a list to see dates people unsubscribed from emails. This would be helpful for marketing and sales people.    We are trying to compare when people opted out vs. when they were sent enrollment paperwork.    Thanks! ...read more

We're struggling with the inability for reporting to display percentages versus JUST numbers.   For instance, in this example:     If you have the TOTAL number of the stacked bar and the sub numbers broken out already, to also have the ability to display percentages of each property that makes up the already measured whole would allow us to more accurately gauge trends of what percentage is ordering a certain method. Additionally, to have it be more of a pareto (based on selected measurement) would allow us to quickly cross-reference data sets and quickly say "oh, hey, number of orders who select this shipping method  is trending upwards!"   Would be really happy to sit down and walk through how this would look on a more granular level. ...read more

I am aware of a few ways to get parts of this-  for example, after a marketing email is published, on that marketing email's page you can see "top engaged contacts" which shows a handful of contacts who opened/clicked it 30+ times, but it only shows 30 contacts for each at the maximum.    Or, I also know I can use lists and marketing email properties to show anyone who opened that marketing email at least once.    However, after sending a marketing email to 11,000 people for example, users should be able to see a total list of opens and clicks by contact, rather than just 30 contacts total. In order to send follow-up data to sales teams, they need a reasonable indicator of who is interested. If 10,000 opened (which could be determined by existing functionality), this is an unreasonable number for 1 on 1 emails, and would be helpful if I could break up that 10,000 by who opened/clicked each email, letting salespeople chase the best opportunities that match the data. Hi HubSpot team!   The data displayed on the Marketing Email > Analyze tab does not allow us to see metrics specifically on our marketing emails (i.e. excluding transactional emails).   That data is therefore of very little value for tracking marketing email performance because data such as open rates is significantly skewed by transactional emails (e.g. when a customer sets up a login to our portal).   Suggestion: On the Email type dropdown on the Analyze tab, add two categories: Marketing emails Transactional emails Here's a screenshot of where I am referring to in the UI: https://app.screencast.com/PQR7nvFdwik6P    The current filters available on the Email type dropdown are too granular (Regular, Regular A/B, Blog, Follow-up etc.) to be of use in answering the question, "How well are our marketing emails performing?" (If however, the Email type dropdown allowed multi-select (currently only one selection can be made), that might be a quick solution to this issue -- but the two additional categories suggested above would be more intuitive for users.   Hope that all makes sense.
