Hi Hubspot I wanted to create an email using your marketing to inform all the companies on our system that we had moved address. I created the email, and thought I had created a list, got all excited to send to then discover this isn't possible. You can only create a usable list from contacts and not companies. Surely there are others out there that are solely B2B that would relish using this facility. Hope this can be improved.

Like contacts, you should be able to add companies to the "Don't Send To." This would replace the extra steps in creating "one-time use" lists or manually adding all the contacts under one company.

There is a feature to SEND MORE in the Marketing Email. We can reuse the marketing email and send it to more lists. We are looking to filter the report not just from the first 24 hours to the first month. We would like to filter by any given date. Can we have a date range filter to support the goal of this report >> Engagement over time? Thank you

The current property on marketing emails is Date sent/Pubslished, therefore trying to pull data on when marketing emails are sent is skewed if they were sent an email in April 2023 but the email was updated in March 2024 the date sent will show March 2024.

Hello, I am looking for a way to improve efficiency in my email-building workflow. One idea is to have an option to choose multiple senders for a single email instead of building the same email just to set up a different sender name and email address. I am not sure if something like this exists already, but it would help greatly.

Our teams are creating a growing number of email templates using the Email Template tool. However, we’re currently unable to organize them effectively because custom folders aren’t supported. We’d love the ability to create and manage custom folders (in the left-hand menu) to better organize our templates by team, use case, or campaign. This would significantly improve usability and workflow efficiency.

In any other edition besides enterprise, you are unable to customize the office location with a custom footer because you will get an error on send if the office location Hubl tokens are not present in the footer. The work around is to update the deafult office location for every send. But I rep a global org with mutliple offices and have multiple campaigns running at the same time for different locales. It seems like an unneccessary limitation to require the office location Hubl tokens and not allow for custom addresses in a "custom" footer. I know canned spam laws require the physical address but there are other ways to ensure a location is provided in the custom footer rather than requiring the Hubl tokens.

I would like to be able to see what Folder an Email is in as a column on the Marketing Email view. It would make it easier to stay organized if we were able to sort and filter by folder.

We send marketing email campaigns via workflows. A record is enrolled in the workflow (read: campaign) if they meet a number of criteria, and they will be un-enrolled when they no longer meet that criteria. It is possible, they will -- in the future -- again meet the criteria and we'd like to re-enroll them in the workflow. However, we do not want them receiving email #1, etc, again; instead, we'd like to re-enroll them whereever they left off (i.e. if they last received email #3, they'd re-enroll and then get email #4).

What would we like? Ability to create multiple subscription preference pages, that are sub-types of a main category. Why? We have multiple niche market sectors (sub-sectors) that each sit under a main sector (of which there are multiple). Content interest can vary hugely between these sub-sector and so displaying a single preference list that relates to each sector and sub-sector is problematic due to the size of the list; we are doing this now. Solution? Creation of a preferences page that is set at sector interest level i.e. a list of sub-sector subscription types for a particular sector. The user should still have the option to view the main preferences page, but this would provide an alternative 'manage prefernces' link when communicating with the set subscription type for any email.
