Currently, transactional emails are categorized as Marketing emails.  We use transactional emails to send receipts and platform updates to our app users. This can be a large volume of emails, and, based on subject alone, a contact knows if they need to review the email or not, resulting in a significant amount of unopened emails. Our users want to receive these notifications, despite only needing them once in a while. Because of the low engagement with Transactional Emails, users are often categorized as Unengaged, preventing real Marketing Emails from being sent.  It would be better to treat Transactional Emails as a separate category, maybe 'Transactional Emails' to make the distinction. Being able to create a two column design where the left column is white and the right column is a color would be really helpful to create beautiful call-out boxes that stand out. I also would love the abililty to be able to have a border around a content block itself. With these two capabilites, a user can create a four column table that is still accessible for seeing-impaired users. 1. This would be mainly for marketing (lead generation) but would have a direct impact on the sales and service department, which uses a CRM adapted to the automobile sector. 2. The aim is to synchronize leads (those generated with hubspot tools) with CRMs designed for the automobile industry. This synchronization can be done easily, simply by making it possible to send an automated e-mail following the submission of a form filled in by a lead in Auto-lead data format to a specific ADF address. (see point 5) 3. The value this would add is not measurable, it would enable automation and connectivity between sales and marketing tools for automobile companies using similar systems. 4. Hi, I've created a dahsbaord I'd like to share with a customer, on their activities, however the HubSpot logo on the email I receive to send to the client deminishes our close partnership by adding a thrid party, unnecessarily.   Please can you allow the optiin to replace your logo with the account (our) logo? ...read more

It would be great to have the option to include smart rules directly in the saved drag & drop templates (right now it seems to be not possible).   Without that, teams need to use the template & still tailor it with all the smart rules blocks, which is not always quick and efficient.   ...read more

It would be great if Hubspot had an in-built AI tool to adjust the english language on emails, landing pages etc. for different markets, such as, UK, Canada and US, who all use different variants of ENG words!  If this tool could use the country of the contact to alter the spelling, even better!  ...read more

The Litmus email preview integration is key when developing custom email templates. But there are a number of portals that I manage, where the developers work in Sandbox to create and test email modules before I copy them over to live. The developers never see the live portal.    For some reason, the Litmus email preview tool doesn't work in Sandbox (button is greyed out saying it's not available). This kind of defeats the purpose of a sandbox if you ask me. We want to fully test new modules, including how they render on email clients, *before* we push it to a live environment. Now I have to create an account for developers on a live portal, copy an in-progress module over to the live environment and have the developers create and test in both at the same time.
