It would be great to have a feature in the Conversations Inbox that can highlight the priority of certain contacts/companies that come in through the live chat.    For example, there are top tier companies that should be prioritized and when their chat comes in, it gets highlighted in the support inbox and the support team can attend to their chat first. The ability to add forms to collect customer info in chats, like email, name, phone, etc.   For now, it is only can be done throguh asking questions which is text based and the customer some times do not read the question very well and answer with invalid data specially for names.   We need to have a way to ask these questions with a Form inside the chat.   Like this >>   ...read more

Use case: We have chat flows based on Live Chat on our website. We have seen an increase if 'spam'/'rubbish' chats.   In order to filter and prevent us spending time on them we need to have an option to say 'Request email before the first message is accepted'   This way you can prevent trolls and spamming in general.   Changes: New option in Live Chat -> Build -> Email Capture called 'Request email before the first message is accepted' When this option is selected the user must enter a valid email (valid email, not required an existing contact) When the email is entered the chat message is presented and a live chat is created in our Inbox   Optionally: Require that the email belongs to a contact in the system ...read more
