I just discovered recently that if a contact is added to a list and then removed from that list, the activity record will contain no proof that the contact was ever on the list. This is problematic if you're using temporary list membership as a way to enroll contacts in workflows. If you want to go back and see if a contact was on one of these lists, you have to go to the workflow, find the action logs for that contact and manually check what the enrollment triggers were. It would be much easier to just maintain the activity in the activity. The list addition already gets posted. Why the system would remove it is a mystery to me. Add an ability to search and add contacts directly to static list from static list page. I would like to see a "Add" button on the static list. Add button would open search boxs to find contact and then I would just select contact and it would be added to static list.   Similarly it would be good to have ability to remove contacts from static list just by clicking them.     It's very frustrating to add individual contacts because now you need to navigate to contact, wait page load, click button to get list admin, wait page load, click add, search the list, confirm. It would be helpful if there was an ability in the list builder to be able to filter for people who did NOT click a specific link in an email. You can do people who clicked a link and then choose a specific link but you cannot do the inverse. I have several suggestions pertaining to lists: 1. I need to create an inactive group as non-marketing contacts so I stay within my tier. To do this, I would like to create a list filtered by those who have not opened any of our emails in the past year. You can filter by specific marketing email, but you can't select all marketing emails. Unfortunately, this makes it very difficult to discern who hasn't engaged with us.  2. I would like to be able to add contacts to a list without having to batch upload or go to the specific contact's page. We have clients with multiple businesses. For each business, our client will often use the same email address. We need to send an email (using a personalization token) to EACH company. However, because the same email is used, HubSpot will only send the email to the primary associated company.    It would be helpful to have a feature that allows an email to be sent to all associated companies.  ...read more

We've been using Hubspot for 3 different teams/business units for 6 months. Each team has it's own lists with distict contacts/companies/deals. But all users can see all lists. This is a problem if a user for Team A creates a list called "Current Customers". Users from Team B can see the list and may accidently think it includes Team B customers. Then inappropriately use that list for sequneces or ad campaigns. Hi there, Is there a way using Hubspot API to edit an existing List of Contacts and add one Filter Group for each different URL, using a list of over 100 different URLs, with a OR condition between each Filter Group?   Each Filter Group should look like this example: Page View has at least one Page View of a URL that contains /URL_EXAMPLE/   We obviously want to avoid having to create such a List manually ... I'm trying to create a list of members who have given 25 donations to our org. But when I filter by "number of associated deals", it ropes in people who have paid for or received free online courses which are in a totally separate deals pipeline.  How do I create a reliable count of the people who have made 25 successful donations and filter out anyone who has not had 25 donations   UPDATE: I think I figured out a solution using a calcuation rollup   Nevertheless, I do think the original request should be possible.  ...read more

I would like to connect my custom object properties to the personalization token list. However, this is only limited to the default objects (contact, company, deal, ticket, or sender).    This should be added so that tools/shortcuts like Snippets can pull object property data into emails, meetings and tasks for efficient process flow.
