I can see in one of my Contact views the column "contact-->companies", and I was looking for a way to make it appear when I filter for a static list. However, I have been unsuccessful.   After testing and exhausting all the available resources, the wonderful HubSpot Support team confirmed the option to use "association" columns within lists is not yet supported.  The reason behind this is that lists only admin properties, however, the index view shows also association labels.   I believe this idea could be helpful for others, too. What I would really like to see is that when you are in the Performance tab of a specific sequence, I can click on the % number of opens and clicks.  From right there on that popup screen, it would be nice to export that view to a list.  This would make it super easy.  Like here:     ... There are several pages across the platform that remove the top portion of the navigation bar. This is frustrating because it prevents accessing things like the Settings cog or the Contact Help pop out.  Why is the navigation not available on these pages? Please fix one of the many inconsistencies across HubSpot by making the top navigation available on EVERY page on HubSpot.        ... Mostrar más

I think something that might be of value to the HubSpot community. Number of marketing emails opened is greater than X within the past Y days. A filter which segments contacts based on the number of marketing emails opened within a specific time period would massively help in segregating engaged and unengaged contacts.    Eg. Number of marketing emails opened is greater than 4 within the past 30 days.   Another filter which might help is - Number of marketing emails clicked is greater than or equal to 3 within the past 30 days. This will give users a chance to treat people who actively (and recently) engaged with your emails a little differently. Let me know of other ways we can make this filter more useful. Thanks. ... Hi,  I would in the future like to see, the limitations of the number of users in a list changed from 100 to all. The displayed max on a list currently goes from 25, 50, 75, 100, but with the possibility of choosing 'all' users in a list,  it would be more efficient instead of clicking the next page each time.  I can't imagine this being a massive UI change so hopefully, its something we see implemented in the near future.  ... When building lists with the date filter "Last Month" for example. The List should always be "last month" and not default to the date at the time the filter is selected. For now, ChatSpot is not valuable enough for the team to use it beyond getting help with using HubSpot as a platform.  It is mostly because it does not understand our unique data model, important property fields, and metrics, which we use for segmentation.  I'd love to explore the possibility of training or teaching ChatSpot about our unique setup so that it can answer natural questions and perform tasks such as "create a list of all our currently active members who joined the community in 2022." If we could teach it what active membership means and which field(s) it is linked to, it would be so much more valuable for the marketing and sales teams.  ... Mostrar más

While it appears that this should be the case, I was just informed that Invoice Line Items do not relate to the Contact.  As a result, we can not build any customer segmentation list using Invoice Line Item (i.e. products) data.     The UI creates a false expectation that we should be able to build segments by using Line Item data.   This is the List Builder - The contact does not meet the criteria, even though the data indicates it should be met.     This is the Line Item data for the Invoice     ...
