Suggestion : to be able to monitor, in time, the increase or decrease of scoring. The idea is to be able to spot performing contact/company, and declining contact/enterprise in a list (or report but we need to be able to use the data) so we can decide what to do / automate.   Example :  to be able to see which contact/ company is moving toward a score threshold (upward or downward) would be helpful and will help us to automate some actions, have a sense of how many contacts / company are moving in which direction. I would like to have the ability to filter contacts based on their email client usage. Specifically, it would be helpful to filter by: All used email clients Most used email client Last used email client First used email client This functionality would make it easier to design an effective unsubscribe flow for unengaged contacts. For example, we could exclude iCloud users from automatic unsubscribes due to their known limitations in tracking email opens. Additionally, this feature would enable targeted campaigns, such as sending a poll email exclusively to Gmail and Yahoo users. According to this HubSpot Community post, polls are supported for these clients. Please can we have the option on whether we want to see a list preview within the editable mode. It is currently taking 10-20 minutes to just create or update a list that has multiple complex criteria across objects and properties, as you have to wait for the preview section to catch up - when handling mutliple accounts for an agency, this is an incredible waste of time. ...read more

Problem In HubSpot, users can leave comments on assets like lists or workflows. However, if you are not tagged in the comment or explicitly notified, there’s currently no way to easily see that comments were left. As a result, important context or updates can go unnoticed. Idea Introduce a visual indicator (e.g., a different icon or badge) on assets in HubSpot whenever comments have been added but not yet viewed by the user. This allows users to proactively spot where discussions or changes have been noted, even if they weren’t directly mentioned. Example Use Case A marketing team uses comments on a list to track why certain contacts were included or excluded during segmentation changes. 🧩 The Problem: Right now, I need to regularly create a list of contacts who opened or clicked emails sent from a specific email address (like test@test.com) within a certain date range (for example, June 1, 2023 – June 30, 2024). This sounds simple, but in HubSpot, the process is very manual and time-consuming: I have to go to the Marketing Emails section. Filter all emails by the “From” address. Then filter by date. Then copy the names of each email manually. Then use those names one by one in a list to filter contacts who opened them.     This has to be repeated every time I want to create a list — whether for inclusion or exclusion. And sometimes there are 10–20+ emails to include. It becomes extremely frustrating, especially when this is a daily task. 😓 Why It’s a Pain: Takes a lot of manual effort Easy to make mistakes or miss an email Hard to scale when managing multiple senders or brands Repeating the same steps for both inclusion and exclusion makes it worse 💡 The Idea: Please give us an easier way to build lists based on: Emails sent from a specific email address Within a specific date range And then filter contacts who opened or clicked those emails Even better — allow us to exclude those contacts too (for retargeting). ✅ Why This Helps: Saves time for marketing and CRM teams Reduces errors and missed contacts Makes workflows and segmentation smoother Helps people who work with multiple sender addresses, brands, or weekly campaigns 🙏 Final Note: This feels like a basic need for anyone doing high-volume email marketing. When toggling between Create date = This week and Create date = Last 7 days I realized records were not appearing the same in both.    Come to find out, rolling dates like "Last 7 or Last 14 days" do not include today - this means data is being fractured and needs to be pulled twice, OR you're forced to include and/or statements.    1) This isn't very clear when using those filters - not what most would expect, I imagine.    2) not very intuitive   3) slows the process of pulling data down.    Please include Today in all rolling date filters for more accurate results.  ...read more

The default company properties are a distraction to me and my team. We need to remove them every time we do a contact list export, which is often. We don't use those properties and their inclusion by default is just messy. It takes only a few seconds to remove them, but it slows our processes down and is just really irritating.  ...read more
