Add ability to convert an active list to a static list - this would allow for a list used for a targeted email to then be converted so new contacts could not be added, creating a snapshot in time. Most lists are used multiple times, but some event invites are only used once - the problem with keeping them active is not that the list stays current, but that many "new" contacts are automatically enrolled in numerous lists because they meet the criteria of multiple lists previously used. Deleting the list is not a viable solution, as the email sends are missing the info to link back to. Alternatively, allow the ability to archive an active list so that no new contacts are added once archived.

Hi Team, I'm looking to get a feature for static and non static lists implemnted. Can we have a restore contacts to list or restore list to previous version. I just accidentally deleted some contacts from a huge static list and Itd be nice if I didnt have to scower my entire hubspot just to add them back to the list.

I want to set up a workflow based on contacts being sent an email. But unless I have sent that email or saved it for automation I can't select it as a criteria. Even if I schedule the send date, I can't use it in a workflow. This would help with getting campaign elements together ahead of launch as I wouldn't have to create the workflow AFTER the initial email has been sent. At the moment, I will have to wait until I've sent the email and then quickly build the workflow, test it, and then quickly make any adjustments as needed.

The time to process a smart list is a serious pain point. A current example: trying to run a simple Smart List for Contacts with one Line of Criteria: Submitted a Form on Any Page between a Date Range. This list takes upwards of 5 minutes to render results. Why does it take so long? How can it be sped up? I've run smart list with 10s of thousands of results, that I've had to wait overnight for the list to process. Anything that can be done to improve list load time would be hugely impactful.

There are some similar ideas for creating a smart list in HubSpot based on if the contact had a hard bounce or unsubscribed. However, the only current way of getting this list is to export and re-import the suppression list. This results in a growing static list of 1,000s of contact you previously had on your suppression list being imported and deleted over and over again. "We imported 3394 items, 3327 of which were new, in the 3400 rows you selected for import." If we could have a smart list based on the hard bounced and unsubscribe property, we could just add the new contacts that fit the criteria instead of the ever-growing static list.

Our company would like to target specific contacts who have opened a specific mailing a specific number of times. Right now, Hubspot can create a list that says "[Contact] Opened [Marketing Email]" or "[Contact] Opened Any Marketing Email [X] Times". It would be great to have a function that combines the two into "[Contact] Opened [Marketing Email] [X] Times." This feature is geared towards Marketing Teams. This feature will add value to the Lists function and allow Marketing Teams to easily identify top engaged contacts from specific marketing emails, as opposed to just top engaged contacts overall. This feature is available in other marketing platforms such as Eloqua and Informz.

Currently, in HubSpot lists, workflows, and filtered views, you can only view contacts sent an email and the various actions based on an email sent. But if we want to review contacts who should have received an automated email, but were never sent that email, there really is no easy way to do this. You can create a workflow if/then statement to show who was sent the email, and then if they were not, maybe update a custom field or create yet another list with the contacts not sent the email, but again, this should be easier to do especially if you need to do this more often than you'd like.

It'd be super helpful to identify the contacts that have mark any of our emails as spam, so we can remove them from our database. Currently, the only way is to go and check each email one by one to see any spam report, then click on the contact and remove her/him manually! This is not an efficient way to deal with it at all!!

Currently, when using a date field in Workflows or Lists, it is impossible to ignore the year for annually recurring events (such as a birthday or anniversary). This leads to problems when wanting a create a list of contacts with birthdays within the next # days because HubSpot will only look into the next # days of the current year. If we were able to insert a wildcard for the year or only choose month and day, that would solve the issue. Thank you!

Please add the ability to see when contacts joined a list, without having to go into each contact's membership pages or create individual workflows for each list. I’d like to be able to pull all the joined dates from an particular list, rather than go contact by contact. For example, if I have a List XYZ which consists of 150 contacts, when I export it I’m able to see the following data: Email First Name Last Name Phone Number Job Title Create Date Company Name Recent Conversion Recent Conversion Date I would love to be able to see the date they joined List XYZ as well. That way I don’t have to go into all 150 contacts’ membership pages. Please add a way to do this on a large scale. Thank you
