When performing sanity checks before sending out targeted email campaigns, we often find that we may lose one or two contacts from that list.   However, it takes ages for them to fall off of the active list that we intend to use for that email.   The workaround is currently to edit the criteria of the active list by adding in a random filter, then removing it causing the list to refresh and drop those off that no longer meet the original criteria.   It would be so much better to add a "Refresh" option in the actions toolbar at the top right of the page.   A very simple fix for a very annoying issue.   Thanks, Luke ...read more

It would be nice if AI could take a list of HubSpot contacts and pull common criteria (Outside of the list filters) so that I can look for similar contacts in the database. Use case: I make a list of customers, AI tells me what the common job titles, behaviors, and company data... I can use that in my lead scoring moving forward.   (Or basically, create look-a-like list based on my list... but give me the criteria so I can score it) ...read more

Hi there,   I'm trying to do an active list with all job titles containing exactly the word "AI", like for instance : - Head of AI - AI Director The issue is when I make an active list, I can only select "Contains any of AI" which is going to list all contacts with job titles containing "AI", but with job titles like : - Marketing Campaign Director - Main Product Director => which is not at all what I'm looking for.   However, I am able to use the right filtering in Views. In there, I can filter with "Job title contains exactly: AI", which is listing all the contacts with the job titles I am looking for. When a Marketing department makes use of hundreds of forms to collect leads with paid advertising it would like to create active lists that keep track if/when these leads turn into actual revenue. In this way it can determine the effectiveness/ROI of paid activities.   The current list filter Hubspot provides for this, only let's you select indivdual forms to include in the filter. When you make use of hundreds of forms, setting up this filter will take hours and is very sensitive to errors. Also, when you add a new form to your campaigns you need to manually add this form to the Hubspot filter.     This problem would be solved if you were able to create the filter based on "form name contains any of" rules/dropdowns. This way of filtering is possible with other properties in Hubspot.   Having this feature for including forms in bulk will save hours of manually adding form names to a filter and makes sure that the filter itself will add newly created forms as long as you make use of a consitent naming convention for forms and the form name corresponds with the created filter.     ...read more

Hubspot have filter options for excluding/including based on the property being updated in last X days,  what would be useful is the ability to filter based on the property being updated after a particular date. so instead of just options for 'updated in last x days' and 'not updated in last x days', additionally 'updated after dd/mm/yyyy' and 'not udpated after dd/mm/yyyy'. This would allow me to use an active list to continually pull in relevant contacts to a workflow or list for action (such as investigating a sync issue or duplicate contact creation in an external platform) based on a date, not based on the amount of time. We're having some issues with our sync and attempting plan a low maintenance way of identifying contacts with a sync issue and then unsyncing them until a collegue can deduplicate in Salesforce (or something along this anyway).  ...read more

In the Prospecting Tool: Leads View, the only options available for Lifecycle Stage are "Initial contact lifecycle stage",  "Initial company lifecycle stage" and  "Initial source lifecycle stage".   This is not helpful as the "Initial" stage is not always correct. (For instance, some contacts that get piped into HS should have a Lifecycle Stage as "Other" and NOT "Lead".) As such, incorrect Lifecycle Stages get updated to the more appropriate stage however, the changes are not able to be seen in the Leads View due to only having the "Initial" lifecycle stage options.    To solve the issue, having a "Latest contact lifecycle status", for instance, would allow for an accurate, up-to-date list of leads.   ...read more

Currently, when creating a list, a team is automatically selected to filter by, and this isn't able to be changed during setup. It seems more intuitive to be able to filter by a desired team during setup of a list. Instead, one must save the list and then they are able to change the team it is assigned to.  ...read more
