The List criteria currently allow you to create a set of criteria, along with another 'OR' set of criteria as such   CRITERIA SET A = Criteria 1 = Criteria 2 = Criteria 3   OR   CRITERIA SET B = Criteria 1b = Criteria 2 = Criteria 3   However, when we manage these cloned criteria 'sets' it can be difficult to manage, as any criteria change i make in set A, has to be replicated in set B. Also, if i want a variation on criteria 1 AND 2, it means i then need to have 4 criteria sets.  A better logical layout would be as follows, as it would allow me to handle a further criteria   CRITERIA SET A = Criteria 1   OR Criteria 1b = Criteria 2 = Criteria 3   OR   CRITERIA SET B = Criteria 1   OR Criteria 1b = Criteria 2 = Criteria 3b ...read more

I'm trying to export the contacts who bounced from a particular email campaign. When I use the feature within the email itself, it only gives me the email address and not the contact names or company names. If instead I create a new list based on the bounces, I can determine what columns to include, but I am no longer able to see the reason that the email bounced. We're looking at leveling up our database nurture strategy, so exploring how we can best segment our lists for drip campaigns and workflows. It'd be awesome to have access to broader insights, or a "profile" of contacts, companies, or deals in a given active or static list.   Example: I have an active list of contacts who have inbounded/requested a demo in the last 90 days.   Sample insights that can be gathered: X% of companies are mid-market (under 200 employees) X% of contacts are based internationally X industry is trending  X contacts came from a webinar campaign or lead score Currently have X deals with existing companies ...read more

I'm having trouble making an active list because the area of the active list is too narrow to edit. Furthermore, it is difficult to use the list area when there are many list filters. We think it would be better if we could close the contacts list for using list filters. Could you consider to add a new function to close the contacts list when we use list filters. Hello, I'm trying to filter bad email-addresses in order to delete them and I have realised that I have many invalid addresses sorted as "other". I have checked some of them manually and they are definitely bad. Would be great if you could double-check typical "other" bounce-messages. I guess mine are not correctly sorted because the messages are in French. Unfortunately I cannot delete all "other" bounced emails either because some of them are correct... Thank you ...read more

I want to be able to filter deals by multiple properties as "OR" instead of "AND" so the results are inclusive of multiple properties. I want to filter so if either property dates are within the month they will appear on my view.  ...read more
