For particular projects that are based on dynamic lists, we have a need to filter by particular owners. However, when the owner becomes deactivated - those records should be excluded from those lists. Unfortunately, for list filtering, there is no such option to exclude deactivated users, but it could be handy in various scenarios.   Who (what type of role or team) is the feature for? For administrators and operation teams   What is their goal? Build dynamic lists for various scenarios that help accomplish particular business need   What value will this add? Exclude irrelevant records from dynamic lists will bring value in the various scenarios: Excluding of deactivated users from list of prospects team will work on Excluding of deactivated users from regular enrichment processes Excluding of deactivated users from the specific owner based lists Etc   Are there examples of other places or products who have this feature? Advanced filters on any HubSpot records allow showing deactivated users among other record owner. With the recent wave of prodcut updates, I have noticed less attention being paid to the small but important details. One example is the inconsistency of available activity filters across various HubSpot objects, in particular list memberships.   For as far as I can remember we could filter for list membership updates at contact level: With the introduction of company, deal, and other object lists - these are being used build segments, act as workflow enrolment triggers, etc. So far so good, but what if I want to troubleshoot some issues concerning when or why an object was added or removed from these lists? Well, I am bit **bleep** because there I do not have the option to filter by list memberships in any other object activity feed.    Frankly, I don't get it. Building a list for an object becomes a feature, so should the ability to filter by "list membership" updates. This is often (if not always) my first go to point for troubleshooting to establish a timeline, quickly see what else happened before digging deeper into what changed and why, in order to work out why something has changed that we were not expecting.   I know the official HubSpot line is "not cobbled but crafted", in this case it does feel a lot more cobbled than crafted. Hello product team,   For HubSpot admins, one of the biggest challenges is keeping a portal organized, cleaned up and prevent overall chaos. Especially in Enterprise portals with sometimes hundreds of users, it's almost impossible to get users to follow a naming convention for email names, landing page names, workflow names. Quickly this becomes a cat and mouse game where HubSpot have to constantly chase and remind users to name their assets correctly.   Why is this currently a bad user experience for users?   Naming conventions are usually documented outside of HubSpot, in a wiki, stored as a Google Doc or something similar along the same lines. Forcing them to interrupt what they're currently doing, look up a naming convention and then come back means that they're losing time. They also have to leave HubSpot momentarily. Even then, they might misunderstand the naming convention and type in an incorrect name.   Why is this currently a bad user experience for admins?   Incorrect naming means that list or workflow filters for Recent conversion might not work. It can also mean that reports become a mess, if these reports are pulling in asset names.   If admins have to look into this on a permanent basis, in portals where there are new assets every day, this takes time away from developing the HubSpot portal and generating more value for all users.   Here's what a solution could look like   To solve this, it would be great if there were tools to enforce a naming convention. Ideally, admins would specify what constitutes a correctly named asset and similar to the forms editor, arrange fields to their liking.   Here's a quick mockup of what this could look like when creating a new page.     The user could select from dropdowns which team they belong to, the language of the assets, the asset type, include a title and date. The system would then generate a title from this that cannot be further edited.   Admins should be able to specify the options for each dropdown, separators, order and field validation (e.g. max length for a title).   (In case this is eventually introduced, please consider to make this a feature that is at least included in all Professional and Enterprise subscriptions.)   I would love to see this for all assets in HubSpot: emails, workflows, lists, campaigns, imports, properties, files etc.   Thanks in advance for reviewing! ...read more

The Forms tool has the option to add payments and upon submission, users can see a "Payment status" under the Form Submissions tab. However, those statuses are not able to be used for filtering (when creating a list). As explained in this article, View payment form submissions in HubSpot, There are 4 statuses available under the Forms tool; Pending, Succeeded, Failed and Open, but none of these statuses are available to filter contacts when creating lists.       ...read more

Hi HubSpot product team!   Big fan of the new custom list and workflow properties which we can create and use in the "create object" forms to help us manage our assets.   However, the current setup has one major shortcoming. Take the example of this "create list form": This works perfectly fine when creating new assets. What happens commonly though, is that users will clone existing lists and workflows in order to save time. In those instances, the required fields aren't being prompted or enforced.   What we need is a prompt that pulls in the conditions of the "create object form" and only allows cloning when these form fields are completed.   Thanks Frank ...read more

Hubspot have filter options for excluding/including based on the property being updated in last X days,  what would be useful is the ability to filter based on the property being updated after a particular date. so instead of just options for 'updated in last x days' and 'not updated in last x days', additionally 'updated after dd/mm/yyyy' and 'not udpated after dd/mm/yyyy'. This would allow me to use an active list to continually pull in relevant contacts to a workflow or list for action (such as investigating a sync issue or duplicate contact creation in an external platform) based on a date, not based on the amount of time. We're having some issues with our sync and attempting plan a low maintenance way of identifying contacts with a sync issue and then unsyncing them until a collegue can deduplicate in Salesforce (or something along this anyway).  ...read more

After a recent update, the additional page views at the bottom of a list view are no longer available. Our clients enjoy the ability to click on specific pages versus manually scrolling from page to page. Can we have this feature back? ...read more
