We have quite a number of workflows in HubSpot that classify, notify, assign tasks and owners. If such users are out of office, processes get stuck in the dead end waiting for the users to eg come back from vacation. We are using rotation in some cases to make sure that eg an initial follow up still takes place by a team member even if the initial user didn’t react in time. We also added delays of 1 day to make sure the initially selected users had the opportunity to work on a task. After that delay a rotation takes place. Bad enough that the first user was out of office, the next that received the task via rotation was OoO as well. We cannot delay and rotate again and again until we finally find one that actually works on the follow up action. Please add an option where users (and as a fallback the team lead/delegate) can set themselves Out of Office and define their delegate to make sure that important workflows don‘t get stuck due to absence or at least get delayed by several days until rotation finally found a user. A large portion of our sales team uses the same sets of sequences. In an effort to prioritize and organize the different campaigns and sequence tasks, we have built task queues.   To this point, there is no way to assign tasks to queues for multiple users, you may only set them for individual users. The problem being, we have had to clone each sequence for each individual user, then had to build task queues accordingly for each user.    If there was a way, from the sequence task queue assignment, to push the tasks out to multiple users' tasks queues, rather than individual users task queues, that would greatly simplify the organizational process for sequence generated tasks and their completion. ...read more

I think it would be cool if we could A/B test pop-ups.    For example, we have two events coming up that we want to promote and don't want the website to look spammy by running two pop-ups at the same time.  ...read more

The idea is to have more control over to who are we showing pop-up forms, similarly to chat bots, where it's possible to show (or hide the bot) for a specific, segmented list.   It would be cool to have a "show it only to visitors who met specific smart list criteria"  on the options tab, where we can select where to use the pop-up.   This would help us to: - target specific groups with different messages - hide pop-up from specific groups (for example hide book a demo pop-up from leads that already asked for a demo in an other conversion point) - hide pop-up in case we want to use an other conversion type, for a certain audience (for example bot) ...read more

Considering how utterly amazing HubSpot is at everything else, I'm a little disappointed by the grey, ugly lead flows.    Here's an example of what we have had in the past.      Wouldn't it be great if the whole content area of the lead flow could be an image?    And what about a gradient overlay on the page when the popup appears?    These could be nice additions to the options of what's possible to customise the content a bit more. When using both the Chat and Leadflows there's an increase chance of bombarding the user with lots of pop-ups.    Also popping up the chat welcome bubble right away can be extremely annoying to users who haven't had a chance to look at the page at all yet.    Please consider adding the following options for chat targeting...        ...read more

Currently, if I want to allow a prospect to schedule a meeting online with Sales in real time, I can do so using Sales > Meetings. The challenge is that if its a new lead, I'd like a means of creating it, and having all information about that lead preserved, such as their Lead Source, Original Source, etc. Currently, all leads created using the Meetings tool, defaults the value of Original Source to offline, regardless of what the original value was.   If I use two forms (one up front to create the lead and a second to schedule the meeting), there are unnecessary steps or the user must fill in field values twice (because when scheduling the meeting, the values are not in the contact database yet.)   User Story: A Marketing User can create a lead form and embed the "schedule a meeting" function to allow a new lead to immediately book with a sales person or team (if team calendars are enabled.) It would be great to have the ability to create more advanced targeting options in the lead flows tool. Things like this:   "User has visited X number of pages in the last week."   "User has visited X number of pages containing "sales" or "pricing" in the URL this session."   "User has not been on the site in X days/weeks/months"   This brings contextual marketing away from only working with known contacts and instead uses the cookie data on their visit habits of the website to market to them more effectively. ...read more
