It would be great to see additional functionality re owner rotation and lead allocation. Its extremely paining not being able to reassign a lead/deal automatically when someone is absent/off . Considering how utterly amazing HubSpot is at everything else, I'm a little disappointed by the grey, ugly lead flows.    Here's an example of what we have had in the past.      Wouldn't it be great if the whole content area of the lead flow could be an image?    And what about a gradient overlay on the page when the popup appears?    These could be nice additions to the options of what's possible to customise the content a bit more. The idea is to have more control over to who are we showing pop-up forms, similarly to chat bots, where it's possible to show (or hide the bot) for a specific, segmented list.   It would be cool to have a "show it only to visitors who met specific smart list criteria"  on the options tab, where we can select where to use the pop-up.   This would help us to: - target specific groups with different messages - hide pop-up from specific groups (for example hide book a demo pop-up from leads that already asked for a demo in an other conversion point) - hide pop-up in case we want to use an other conversion type, for a certain audience (for example bot) ...read more

It would be great to have the ability to create more advanced targeting options in the lead flows tool. Things like this:   "User has visited X number of pages in the last week."   "User has visited X number of pages containing "sales" or "pricing" in the URL this session."   "User has not been on the site in X days/weeks/months"   This brings contextual marketing away from only working with known contacts and instead uses the cookie data on their visit habits of the website to market to them more effectively. ...read more

When using both the Chat and Leadflows there's an increase chance of bombarding the user with lots of pop-ups.    Also popping up the chat welcome bubble right away can be extremely annoying to users who haven't had a chance to look at the page at all yet.    Please consider adding the following options for chat targeting...        ...read more

Would love for deal based workflows to include internal SMS sent to deal owner or HubSpot user dynamically. There is currently only a coice to send internal SMS to a specific user or phone number. When our sales agents are assigned leads, it would be nice to send out an SMS alert in addition to email to the HubSpot user/deal owner specified in the Deal record automatically. ...read more

Currently, only first name, last name, email, and phone number fields are translated in the "Lead Flows" forms. This results in a bad customer experience when clients fill lead flow forms. That would be great if we could either : 1. Translate by ourselves the fields we use in "Lead Flows" forms, or 2. Get the other fields translated as well (Company name, job title, etc.).   Thanks ! A large portion of our sales team uses the same sets of sequences. In an effort to prioritize and organize the different campaigns and sequence tasks, we have built task queues.   To this point, there is no way to assign tasks to queues for multiple users, you may only set them for individual users. The problem being, we have had to clone each sequence for each individual user, then had to build task queues accordingly for each user.    If there was a way, from the sequence task queue assignment, to push the tasks out to multiple users' tasks queues, rather than individual users task queues, that would greatly simplify the organizational process for sequence generated tasks and their completion. ...read more

Like it's the case with other type of follow-up emails, it'd be sensible to be able to have the option of overriding the send frequency cap when setting up lead-flow follow-up emails.
