The language for our knowledge base is only available for HK and China versions. As for"Chinese - China" version, it shows "中文(中國)" aligned with "Chinese, China", which may arouse a bit sensitive political issues, especially for my Taiwanese users. Also, it shows "simplified Chinese" instead of "traditional Chinese" which may bring out an unpleasant customer experience. As for the"Chinese - Hong Kong SAR", it shows traditional Chinese but yet still seems strange to us for the image of “香港行政特區”(HK-SAR) since we are based in Taiwan. We're afraid it might confuse our customers that they are on the wrong help center page. Would it be possible to add Chinese (Taiwan) to languages when creating a knowledgebase article?
