When creating an article, we really need a feature where we can add related articles. This would make it much easier for the user, to find the solution for their problem.    Example article: - How to log in   And related articles could be: - I forgot my login - Reset password    Upvote my post so we can have this feature added  ...その他を表示

Knowledge base should have the option for adding tables. This should be a high priority, as its very important for explaining in a structured way. It could be a HTML code or that Hubspot is making the table themselves. I can also see that this has been wanted for a long time on Hubspot.    Other things that would make it much easier for companies to structure their knowledgebase is using embeded code for office/adobe. This should be supported by knowledgebase. Another thing that would be nice to have is custom code, where its possible to add a code snippet of anything in HTML only with inline styles etc.   I hope this post will make it happen. As Hubspot is also covering services, it would be nice if we had a way of publishing alerts on top of every knowledge base article or even on top of every website (e.g. critical outtage or safety risk updates). I know that our customers would love to see greater embedding flexibility in Knowledge Base articles. Currently, embedding is limited to just YouTube, Vimeo, and Instagram, but many of our customers rely on tools that require embedded code snippets (e.g. maps, interactive tools, and other Javascript snippets) in order to provide thorough documentation to their clients and customers. It is pretty cool how you check out an knowledge base artikel if somebody else edits it and that you can comment on it.   However, many people are nowadays used from Google Docs that they can work in the same document at the same time. Such an experience would be super nice in your editor too!   Why should you care? Curently, we are very limited in terms of what we can create on a knowledge base article in terms of custom code. For example Serial number lookup field custom script Shipping status lookup custom script HTML tables Complex layouts Download buttons Forms For pages / landing pages one is much less restricted. So I would love it if you can give us the edit tools you have for pages also for knowledge base articles. This would be a game changer in terms of flexibility of the KB. Blog posts have an awesome revision history view. The blog editor has additional tools such as revision history   However, knowledge base articles lack this feature. This would be very valuable to have a version controlled knowledge base and the ability to create drafts. Basically just enabling the same editor tools from the blog for the knowledge base would be perfect!   The knowledge base article editor lacks the button for revision history... 😞     ...その他を表示
