It is pretty cool how you check out an knowledge base artikel if somebody else edits it and that you can comment on it.   However, many people are nowadays used from Google Docs that they can work in the same document at the same time. Such an experience would be super nice in your editor too!   Why should you care? Curently, we are very limited in terms of what we can create on a knowledge base article in terms of custom code. For example Serial number lookup field custom script Shipping status lookup custom script HTML tables Complex layouts Download buttons Forms For pages / landing pages one is much less restricted. So I would love it if you can give us the edit tools you have for pages also for knowledge base articles. This would be a game changer in terms of flexibility of the KB. Blog posts have an awesome revision history view. The blog editor has additional tools such as revision history   However, knowledge base articles lack this feature. This would be very valuable to have a version controlled knowledge base and the ability to create drafts. Basically just enabling the same editor tools from the blog for the knowledge base would be perfect!   The knowledge base article editor lacks the button for revision history... 😞     ...その他を表示

I posted over on the HubSpot community asking about being able to see page views on knowledge base pages with a view to using them on sites like Google Analytics and Facebook for the purposes of user engagement and then remarketing purposes.   So, an example if someone has seen 3 knowledge base articles on topic X add them to an audience and upload audience to Facebook for targeting, lookalike audience or exclusion purposes.   One of the community managers said that was not currently a feature of knowledge base pages but I think it would make perfect sense to have external script capabilities, as we can can with landing pages or web pages.     ...その他を表示

The Code Block functionality in the Knowledge Base is too low-level, really basic. In my case, I am writing a documentation and I have to add a line of code, I cannot distinguish properly the code from the text in the article and it is difficult to read. It would be nice to be able to highlight the code, select a syntax, add colors, etc. such as this code:   ...その他を表示

While it's always great to help out others in the community and have that reciprocated when looking for solutions myself, it really doesn't make sense to me that the users receiving answers cannot easily view a full profile of those that help them. I've written out my profile, but none of the information is visible to other users. It would be great if anyone I help could actually see who I am and learn a little more about our agency, with my signature on comments linked to our company website etc.   I'm in no way wanting to turn the community into a lead-gen farm - and those type of comments should be actively discouraged - but it would make it far more worth mine and other users time to post solutions regularly, if doing so could result in some inbound leads!  If the helpee has an immediate need for more of the same expertise, it makes sense that they be presented with the ability to easily find out more should they wish. This holds especially true for people with generic names such as mine that can't so easily be found on LinkedIn 😉 ...その他を表示

It would be useful to add either hidden or visible tags to Knowledge Base Articles to ensure that they show up when searched.  Some people use terminology that we don't typically use or promote but we want them to be able to find the correct posts.   This would also allow me to view the searches on the Knowledge Base Insights to determine tags to add to articles to direct people there without having to modify the article as a whole.     I didn't see this posted anywhere else, but point me to the correct article if so and I will upvote.  Thanks! ...その他を表示
