I have put all of our product documentation online using the HubSpot Knowledge Base at https://kumoscale.kioxia.com/en/documents/kumoscale-software-v3-21 A challenge I have with our engineering, marketing, trademark and legal reviews for this content is that I cannot conduct reviews and manage content changes within the HubSpot Knowledge Base itself. This forces us to port articles into Word, send them through the company review process using Word track changes, and then laboriously paste the reviewed content back into Knowledge Base articles. What would be ideal is to be able to use GitHub on the back end to manage content changes but then have the ability in the Knowledge Base to simply pull from that article set to update the online content at user controlled times.
