I need the ability to change the font size, text color, and other text properties in my knowledge articles.  Even in the controls for the text box I'm typing in now, I have the option to change the Font Size, the actual font, and the text color, but I can't change them in my knowledge articles?  Pretty rediculous limitation when the functionality does exist in other places within Hubspot (e.g., marketing emails).   Please provide this funcatonality soon.  Branding is a big deal, and now my articles in my help center have a completely different look and feel than my websites, on-screen help in customer web apps, and other marketing materials.  This is a real down side for us having switched from Zendesk to Hubspot.  Never would have thought to ask whether this was an available feature.   ...read more

When creating a report based off Knowledge Base reports if there was a way to see views from specific companies. Addition of more filters for reports based on knowledge base which would provide better accuracy on view counts and if particular companies/contacts are using more than others to provide feedback. ...read more

I am looking to just see a short list of recently viewed pages. I often think I am done working on a company or contact, then have to go back after it is closed. Would love to be able to see the last 5-10 pages I worked on.  Because sometimes when I do a global search, there are similar company names, or several tickets associated with a contact or company. We are setting up our customer portal and when a client registers, they are taken to the knowledge base rather than directly to the portal. It would be great if you could setup a redirect right to the customer portal as that is what they care about. ...read more

I want my HS contacts, that have access to the knowledge base, to get a notification about NEW content/ article, not an update. I would also want it to be able to select which section of KB that triggers that. I might now want to have that all the section. Today the only work around is to create a temaplte and then a workflow... but is not fully automated, so I am not happy 🙂 ...read more

I hope I have landed in the right portal here. We are looking for a solution that allows our customers to get a portal access where they can change their bank details or email, for example and at the same time view certain other information. We already know the "normal" customer portal https://knowledge.hubspot.com/de/inbox/set-up-a-customer-portal , but we would like to have more functions as described above. The descripiton says that activity logged to contacts will update this company-level field. In reality, it only does that if the activity is ALSO associated to the company.    Easy fix. Just correct the language 🙂    Old: "The last timestamp when a call, email or meeting was logged for a contact at this company."   Suggested: The last timestamp when a call, email or meeting was logged for a contact at this company that is also associated with this company.   ...read more
