We are currently in the process of publishing our knowledgebase and have found that using sub-categories is a great option, but as we are setting things up we want to refine our categories. Unfortunately, it doesn't seem like there is an ability to complete this for multiple records at the same time. It would be helpful if you could select multiple articles and then bulk edit their categories.   It would also be helpful to allow multiple categories for a single article as mentioned in this idea. ...read more

We have stored a knowledge database in Hubspot. There are currently 170 articles stored here. Is the "search-replace" function also available across all articles? That is, not only for a help article, but that I trigger this for all? For example: The word article should be replaced in all help articles with the word product. ...read more

I don't see a way to make folders private in the knowledge base. We have a mix of private and public articles, however, those private articles reside in public folders.    What we would like to do is create private folders that contain private articles. The folders would only be visible to those with access.     This could be for internal use (Customer Success Managers). Or external use (Premium Customer Resources). ...read more

In other knowledge base tools, there is an option to add a user feedback tool in the form of, "Was this article helpful? Yes No"   This would be an easy way for us to understand whether or not we need to revise certain articles.    You could show a simply dashboard result in the article statistics page. ...read more

Hi, we recently started using the following tool to record workflows to share internally with other colleagues. https://www.tango.us Unfortunately, this software does not (yet) have a HubSpot integration. Does someone know any alternative software that can also be integrated into HubSpot? We are currently building our own knowledge base (with the HubSpot template) and would like to use such software to map workflows. And what information are you mainly looking to extract from HubSpot to send into this external application? Also, what will be the main use? I can copy the workflow or live embed in the knowledge base we are building, but it doesn't look the same. We wonder if there is an integration for the knowledge base to create workflows wich then looks good in the knowledge base Background: When set up, the knowledge base will provide our customers with everything they need to know about our product incl. standard questions or FAQs. It would be useful to be able to add in a CTA's at all levels of the knowledgebase. For example, at the KB home page, being able to have one CTA in a sidebar or between the search banner and categories   Then at a category level below the search banner   and then at an article level either in the sidebar, below the breadcrumb and within the rich text field.  At present in the rich text field, I can embed the HTML for the CTA, but I should be able to embed a CTA directly from the menu ...read more
