When a table has been placed in a knowledge article and its styling has been modified, for example my switching the borders and lines to hidden, and then this table is copy/pasted from one knowledge article into another, it looses the formatting. In this case, the copied table now shows the borders and lines again in the new knowledge article.   As a user, I'd like to copy/paste a previously formatted table from one knowledge article to another, without the table losing its formatting in the process ...read more

Please consider adding a form of navigation that allows a user to see all the headings in an article and jump to them. A mini table of contents.   This is to allow the structure of a topic to be clear for all users without having to scroll totally through the article. And avoid the need for the editor to add anchor links at the top of the document.   For a good example of how it could look and work take a look at how a DropBox Paper document functions. As headings are added to the Paper document a TOC is generated on the left of the page. When the user is not interacting with it there are just subtle indented lines.     When the user interacts with the TOC it becomes a text list of the headings and can be clicked for navigation.     ...read more

After newly publishing our knowledge base on our website, I was clicking around to double check that everything worked and looked okay and I answered 'No' to the prompt asking if the article was helpful, thinking this could be undone later after I see what happens. Turns out it cannot be and now in our Knowledge Base Insights it shows a bad rating that will look like it came from a customer, and I can't reverse it.  ...read more

Hello   In the Knowledge Base Multi-lingual beta version we have linked translated articles to the "principal" article. However, after linking the translated article- you are unable to search the database for that title in that language. It only shows the article titles in the Principal language. We have several different translators using the tool and it becomes difficult to find the exact article if they must base it off of the Principal languages title, versus the title that they are using to translate the article.  ...read more

Whenever I create an article in the Knowledge Base, I consistently have difficulty using the editor to create headings within my article. When I highlight the text I would like to turn into a heading, surrounding text converts into a heading to. Sometimes I can workaround this by creating huge spaces around the text I would like to convert into a heading and deleting the space between (using shift + delete) but I would say that even that is inconsistent and I end up spending almost as much time on formatting my article as I do writing it from scratch. A core part of my job is serving as the knowledge base writer/administrator for my company so I spend up to 50% of my week writing knowledge base articles.  In the below screenshot, the text I tried to convert to a header was Cycle Setup-- the text immediately below it also was converted into a heading (which didn't surprise me) as was all of the following text in the article.  ...read more

Hey I'm in the prospect workspace and I'm trying to filter by properties on the contacts but I can only filter by properties on the lead which contains different data than on the contact properties.   This is the response I got from your help desk:    "I don't believe its possible to filter by contact properties since the leads in the prospecting tool are separate from contacts. I am double checking to confirm this for us"   This makes things very difficult on my IT team and impossible for me in Sales Managent to have a congruent set of properties to sort by, which then requires two completely different set of property data.   Leads and Contacts are two completely different OBJECTS, with different properties - why do I need to create a new object type with new properties? ...read more

We get a lot of 100% bounce traffic from one country we don't do business in because our website has a similar name to another. Because of this traffic, it skews our reporting. Identifying all of the IP addresses from a country has been challenging. It would be great if a developer could create an easier solution for blocking countrys' web traffic.   ...read more
