Moving articles to new categories is quite a painful process. It would be super useful to be able to create a folder from within a knowledge base article when uploading new images. When I want to upload images, I first have to navigate to the Files area to create a new folder for the article I am working on. Keeping images in separate folders for each article helps with organization, so it would be great if I could just create a new folder in the panel that appears when I click to insert an image. ... It would be great to have the option to filter for a specific language when writing articles. Right now it's not possible to search for a specific articles name if said article is connected to another primary article in a diffrent language.     To find the article you want after it is connected you would have to search for it in the primary language. The knowledge base tool only allows for categories to have 1 level of sub categories. In other terms, categories can only have 1 child node. Is it possible to add a features that allows being able to more child nodes? P.S : This is supported by Justin from Hubspot team ... Exibir mais

We want to use the Customer Portal as our go-to ticketing system (both internal & external), however, limitations with customization make that really difficult to do.  Due to the inability of forms to handle more complex logic than 1 layer deep of if/then, we've had to move our support form to a different tool. This means that in the ticket view, the end user is getting almost zero information about the ticket they are trying to view.  PLEASE let us customize what properties the Ticket views display. Hello,   I do quite a bit of research for my company and it would be great to have a a better place to save news articles associated with a specific contact or company. I usually copy/paste the link of the article in the "Notes" tab of the company, but it would be even more helpful if their was a "News" tab that maybe gives a preview of the article or headline and can show up in the wider company activity feed.   This would be extremely helpful for building a unified knowledge base on current events with our contacts.    Thank you. -JQ ... We often need to reuse text in our knowledge base articles.   The snippet is not for code - the snippet might have text, graphics, links, tables, etc just like regular article content.   The obvious benefit is that if something is changed in the snippet, that change is automatically propagated among all relevant articles.
