Please consider adding a form of navigation that allows a user to see all the headings in an article and jump to them. A mini table of contents.   This is to allow the structure of a topic to be clear for all users without having to scroll totally through the article. And avoid the need for the editor to add anchor links at the top of the document.   For a good example of how it could look and work take a look at how a DropBox Paper document functions. As headings are added to the Paper document a TOC is generated on the left of the page. When the user is not interacting with it there are just subtle indented lines.     When the user interacts with the TOC it becomes a text list of the headings and can be clicked for navigation.     ... After newly publishing our knowledge base on our website, I was clicking around to double check that everything worked and looked okay and I answered 'No' to the prompt asking if the article was helpful, thinking this could be undone later after I see what happens. Turns out it cannot be and now in our Knowledge Base Insights it shows a bad rating that will look like it came from a customer, and I can't reverse it.  ... Mehr anzeigen

We would love the option to provide an accordion option (rather than an anchor) for our FAQ page - this would reduce the number of FAQ articles we have to create and make for a better UX experience. Adding another level to the subcategories would help keep information together and make the knowledge base easier to navigate.   Example:   1. Category (shown on help center home page)     a. Subcategory level 1            i. Subcategory level 2               - article 1               - article 2               - article 3 ..... etc.    1. Products      a. Product A            i. Hello   In the Knowledge Base Multi-lingual beta version we have linked translated articles to the "principal" article. However, after linking the translated article- you are unable to search the database for that title in that language. It only shows the article titles in the Principal language. We have several different translators using the tool and it becomes difficult to find the exact article if they must base it off of the Principal languages title, versus the title that they are using to translate the article.  ...
