Allow the callouts feature to be embedded inbetween the numbered lists without manually typing out each number for "how to" articles. We found that the bot is not prioritising articles in search correctly, we propose one of the following solutions:   - The ability to add negative tags/ search terms to help filter article search in Knowledge Base, where content is picked up incorrectly for common questions. (Our example - users searching for 'ad' (as in advertisement' would be shown articles with the word 'add' in it) - The ability to rank (high/low/middle) priority to weight more popular articles in the search.   ...read more

Currently when creating a knowledge base/help center in multiple languages, content can only exist if it's the same across the board (everything visible for example in German has to be identical to the English version). As translation projects take a long time or the product changes in different markets, it would be useful to have the ability to personalize the help center in different languages. This means being able to create content that won't be visible in other languages on the Help center directly, as well as including links to other language versions (example: including a link to help.com/it from an article on help.com/de will redirect the customer from the German website to the Italian website). ...read more

I don't see a way to make folders private in the knowledge base. We have a mix of private and public articles, however, those private articles reside in public folders.    What we would like to do is create private folders that contain private articles. The folders would only be visible to those with access.     This could be for internal use (Customer Success Managers). Or external use (Premium Customer Resources). ...read more
