I'd like to make use of the knowledge base tags I've implemented. Over in the admin section of knowledge base: I'd like to filter all my KB articles by tag or tags. Only 6 possible filters right now - see screenshot: I'd like to select many articles and bulk edit their tags. Hi,   Please make it possible to sync all properties from Hubspot to Salesloft, including notes, call history etc.   In addition, it is not possible to sync multiple emails per contact. Hello,   I'm setting up the customer portal feature to manage our customers' requests.   The form to file a new ticket is a good idea but the issue is the user needs to enter an email in order to be able to know which contact/company opened it. It's a bit counter intuitive as the user needs first to log-in to the portal, we should be able to retrieve this information automatically (the "file a new ticket" http request includes the cookie with hubspot membership information), without requesting the user to enter it.   Aurelien ...read more

One Knowledge base that can display different content based on which URL structure it sits on. For example: Let’s say we import all articles into the Knowledge base, both B2C and B2B. How could I control the search results and visibility based on the website you are on? Ie. If a B2C customer comes to direct to consumer website and visits the FAQ they should only be shown the articles for that type of customer, whilst if a B2B customer visits our wholesale page they should be shown only B2B articles. ...read more

It would be so helpful to be able to sort the articles in a knowledge base category in alphabetical order so that they appear as we want them to (so we can number them and they stay in order). Currently they appear by last modified or opened which is unhelpful. ...read more

Considering that a custom html feature has been added, but not to the body makes me think that it was intentionally omitted, but our vision for our knowledge base requires such a level of customization because we want to take advantage of the Youtube api to let visitors start, stop and skip to content in simple, but helpful ways.   If this is too little information to go on, let me know.   Thanks! ...read more

At the moment you can only switch on the option for all articles in your Knowledge Base to be indexed and we were interested in a more customisable way of doing this to be able to pick and choose the articles we want to be visible when using search engines to search for our company/service. ...read more
