Currently Hubspot is sorting the new articles in the same category by chronological orders. The latest will be at the bottom of the list and the oldest will be at the top. And users don't have the option to re-order according to their will, except by dragging them by the wanted order, which will take a lot of time if the list is long.   The need here is to provide more options to the users, so that they can order the list according to their need.   For our company's need, we would like to sort otherwise: the latest will be at the top and the oldest will be at the bottom. ...read more

Hello! I would like to submit an idea for reporting. I would like to see a report that includes every time an edit or change is made in KNB for our company. Since we have multiple departments using it, we would like to be able to track when edits or changes have taken place. This way all departments are on the same page as far as changes and no one is left 'out to dry'. Currently it is only possible to set up a chat function to go look into the knowledge center. However we would like to set up a help desk function like HubSpot has done itself. Main functions are a free search box for the knowledge base and a second part that offers contact support. When you contact support, you see the different contact options that you can choose from. This is a better solution then currently the chat box option for the knowledge base.   ...read more

It would be helpful to have contextual info when a user finds an article not helpful so we can better understand what about the article was not helpful. It would be nice to know if the steps were confusing, if the title was misleading and they clicked on the wrong article or a host of other reasons why someone may have found something unhelpful. As it stands, we have the 'rating' but we don't know how to adjust the article to be more helpful in the future. Mods: please delete if not allowed.   I created Deflekt.ai as a personal project after we tested the concept at the company I work for. It's a service to auto reply to incoming emails with a LLM trained on your knowledge base articles. It's a ticket deflection mechanism for email and works great with HubSpot's KB en Service Hub (we use it like this).   Would be great if HubSpot offered more of these deflection mechanisms.
