Hi, Is it possible to have a Right-to-Left text direction on Hubspot Knowledgebase, (and everywhere else where there's documentation involved at least)? We use Arabic for our knowledgebase and it looks terrible with text direction from Left-to-Right. Along with other issues concerning the Arabic language support, it's becoming really difficult to keep using Hubspot for our business and has grown to be a deal-breaker for us. How do you change the color of the categories in the Knowledge Base? They seem to be unaffected by global color settings. ...read more

We are setting up our customer portal and when a client registers, they are taken to the knowledge base rather than directly to the portal. It would be great if you could setup a redirect right to the customer portal as that is what they care about. ...read more

We want in the HubSpot form, the email address field will automatically copy over to the contact record as it is mapped to the form. However, if we have another field elsewhere that is not a HubSpot form where the email address is entered, and they then are redirected to the form. ...read more

Hi, I would like to be able to add a graphic to the title (Heading1) of a knowledge base article to show readers that there is a video embedded in this particular article. At the moment, there is no way to show readers that a video is available for an article. We know that people learn in different ways, and we try to provide different methods for our customers to find out how to perform various tasks in our software. The knowledge base articles are a valuable resource for this, and short videos are also a great method, so we embed a short video in some articles, and want to show readers at a glance where a video is available. ...read more

I have put all of our product documentation online using the HubSpot Knowledge Base at https://kumoscale.kioxia.com/en/documents/kumoscale-software-v3-21 A challenge I have with our engineering, marketing, trademark and legal reviews for this content is that I cannot conduct reviews and manage content changes within the HubSpot Knowledge Base itself. This forces us to port articles into Word, send them through the company review process using Word track changes, and then laboriously paste the reviewed content back into Knowledge Base articles.   What would be ideal is to be able to use GitHub on the back end to manage content changes but then have the ability in the Knowledge Base to simply pull from that article set to update the online content at user controlled times. ...read more

Hi there! Our company has a significant number of Knowledge Base articles that currently live within Confluence. Currently, the available knowledge base integration is only Freshdesk, Help Scout, or Intercom into HubSpot.   Though Hubspot has the function to import CSV files, unfortunately on Confluence we can only export the file as word or PDF.   ...read more

It would be great if the Knowledge Base widget is Context Sensitive.  This way we can specify the article(s) that will be recommended/suggested based on the current page the user is currently working at.  Additionally, if there is only one article that is suggested, we can set to automatically open the article instead of manually clicking it from the widget.    ...read more

Allow a reading progress bar to be added to an article in the knowledge base, so that our users can see their progress in the article. Progress bar modules are available on the marketplace, but they are not compatible with the knowledge base, only with website and blogs. ...read more
