It would be great if the Knowledge Base widget is Context Sensitive.  This way we can specify the article(s) that will be recommended/suggested based on the current page the user is currently working at.  Additionally, if there is only one article that is suggested, we can set to automatically open the article instead of manually clicking it from the widget.    ... My team and I set up our knowledge base and are starting to create and publish articles. Unfortunately there is no option to get notified if a user published a new article. That would be really helpful staying up to date for all users and do not have to check manually.  ... Mostrar más

I think that it will be a huge help if we could have the option to get notifications for the knowledge base activity. We recently activated ours and i find myself constantly checking and finding the same numbers (which is fine and expected). I believe it would be very useful if we had the option to turn on notifications or triggers that noify a user when an article is viewed and reviewed/rated. Hello, It would be a real cool feature to add an ability to set a character limit for blog comments. Right now anyone visiting can add comments (unresticted with or without approval) , but it would be best if we can put restiction in terms of charcter than one can add to any blog comment thread. Currently, there is no way to bulk import knowledge base articles to HubSpot via a CSV or Excel file. For businesses that don't currently host their knowledge base on Zendesk, Freshdesk, Intercom, or Helpscout, it would be great if there was an alternative option. It would be EXTREMELY useful if you could make bulk changes within the knowledgebase like you can for other records.   For example, I'd love to be able to change "WiFi" to "Wi-Fi" across all of my articles. I have to do so one at a time which is a real time chewer. ... Mostrar más

We are currently in the process of publishing our knowledgebase and have found that using sub-categories is a great option, but as we are setting things up we want to refine our categories. Unfortunately, it doesn't seem like there is an ability to complete this for multiple records at the same time. It would be helpful if you could select multiple articles and then bulk edit their categories.   It would also be helpful to allow multiple categories for a single article as mentioned in this idea. ...
