Hello HubSpot and HubSpot Community,   I'm looking to enhance our CRM integration capabilities with a feature similar to one I've seen with Groove. Specifically, I'd like to be able to create active lists in HubSpot that dynamically update by syncing with specific Salesforce reports.   Currently, Groove allows users to directly import people into their "flows" based on the contents of any Salesforce report they have access to. We had a legacy Shopify integration in place (the native connector) which synced the following objects: Contacts Deals Products We wanted to expand that to include company data as we saw that the sync field mapping had expanded to include the Company object. However, in updating the connector, it broke the connection to the Deal object and shifted the data to Orders instead. The Orders object which has replaced Deals within the data sync mapping is an invisible and uneditable object within our client's portal. We had to roll back to the older version which then cuts out companies.  Please could HubSpot consider brining back the Deal object in the sync mapping so that clients on the legacy version are able to update theirs to benefit from the new Company sync functionality. ...read more

As it stands it is not possible to make a list of contacts who have purchased certain products. This is so important for marketing. I need to be able to make lists of people who have purchsed one thing so I can upsell them the accessories after the fact.  There is also no option to map over the product url? Recording of recurring meetings in HubSpot: At the moment, only the first event in a recurring series is logged in HubSpot, requiring manual adjustments for subsequent events. Super happy that you have the Hubspot to DocuSign integration. Unfortunately, you only allow custom field mapping which means I'll have to duplicate existing 'standard' fields that exist in DocuSign as cloned custom fields to select and map them into Hubspot. Super inefficient.    I'm requesting a feature update to allow non-custom fields to be mapped from DocuSign to Hubspot for efficiency and ease of use. Thanks.  ...read more
