My reps spend twice as much time logging their SMS messages as actually sending them. This is a resourcing challenge, as it is eating into their active outreach time.    If there were a way to simply upload a log to text messages via CSV at the end of each day, that associates with the contact and ideally company and deal records, it would be amazing.    I suspect associating with the company and deal would require an ID, given there isn't a unique identifier for them to use that would never be duplicated in the objects, so if we could at least start with contacts, we can do the rest of the associations after the fact.    This would save our reps hours per week, which could go toward more product sales activities.  ...その他を表示

The introduction of Prospecting to manage leads is a welcome addition to HubSpot.  We have adopted it and over all it works really well.   However, some of the standard functionality in how you manage other record types (companies, deals and contacts) aren't available for Lead records.  This includes: exporting leads to a spreadhseet, and the ability to make wholesale changes to that export and re-import it back into HubSpot.  The ease of use of HubSpot doesn't seem to apply to Lead records which is frustracting and hard to understand.  Can this be fixed to make data management of lead data easier and encourage the adoption of the Lead feature in HubSpot?   ...その他を表示

We currently use Google sheets to create and send invoices. We plan to start using Hubspot. It would be great if there was a functionality to bulk import old invoices into the invoice object that we can then connect to deals, so we have all historical and present invoicing data in one place. ...その他を表示

Currently, when merging contacts with different phone numbers, the phone number from the merged record overwrites the phone number from the retained record. I would prefer that both phone numbers are saved in the contact record, ideally within the "Phone Number" property.   I am aware that there have been several discussions in the forum about handling multiple phone numbers and that the best practice is to create custom properties of the "Phone Number" type.   However, this approach requires a lot of manual effort. For example, we frequently import lists of numerous contacts, each with multiple phone numbers because they are points of contact for different locations. Creating a separate property for each phone number is extremely labor-intensive.   It would be much simpler if these phone numbers could be stored within the contact record when merging contacts, similar to how multiple email addresses are already handled. ...その他を表示

It would be cool if tickets could be exported as PDFs, both in the helpdesk and in the CRM. This helps to pass on some information internally. Unfortunately, it is not always possible to forward emails. ...その他を表示

Currently, you can only download files in bulk from the Files tool if you are a Super Admin. However, you can download files individually if you have the permissions.    I'm suggesting a change to the permissions options to allow for bulk downloading of files to anyone with that permission set. ...その他を表示

I appreciate the recent introduction of the Attachment Beta feature, but I have a specific use case that it currently doesn't address. Our clients often need to export data from HubSpot, and it would be incredibly helpful if the exports could include direct HubSpot links to the attached files for each record.   Specifically, they would like the ability to download a spreadsheet containing record properties along with links to the associated attachments stored in HubSpot. This feature would significantly streamline their workflow by allowing them to access and share attached documents directly from the exported data, without having to manually search for each attachment within HubSpot. ...その他を表示

The April '22 rollout of association labels was great and we all love the new super useful labels! However there was an unintended side effect that some of us that work a lot with imports and data management have noticed.  Whereas before if you imported contacts (multi-object import) and included a Company ID column - the contact would simply associate to that company as the Primary company (it would replace any existing association) via the import process... Now however, if the contact is already associated to a different Primary Company in HS then it doesn't replace this association. You end up with 2 companies associated to the contact.  It adds a new company association leaving the previous association in place. This can cause a lot of mess and confusion - particularly in larger databases. Whilst you can change the label to Primary for the new company via the import by including an association label column you cannot remove the old association. This used to be such a simple process via native imports. Example scenario: - you have a list of contacts who have left their company - you research their new company details - via an import you create the new company and you associate the existing contact to their new company (or you associate the contact to the new company if it already exists in HubSpot) Before Labels rollout - you would have contact associated to their new company and old company removed ✅ After Labels rollout - you now have the contact associated to 2 companies 😫 HubSpot tech support have advised that solutions are possible by using 3rd party tools like Associ8 or Import2 or by custom API work - however to my mind this should not require additional expense or 3rd party tools. This should be part of our HubSpot package - after all we are not asking for new functionality - we are asking for functionality that used to exist but has now been lost. I'm not entirely certain how such functionality doesn't exist, but when uploading email activities and associating them to a deal, there is actually no way to log the email of the sender of that email, NOR the recipient.   Practically this means in use cases where the imported email body texts don't contain an email signature which at least contains the email of the recipient, you're stuck with an email activity where you know the activity date, email subject, & email body. You'll have no idea who the email went to, nor who sent it.    HubSpot this is in direct response to my support ticket: #15532964 ...その他を表示
