I receive a daily spreadsheet report from an off-platform distributor of our samples. The format lists every sample SKU pulled on the previous day, and so Company, Contact, and Project info is  duplicated in the spreadsheet if a client pulls multiple samples for the same Project.   I would like to be able to import this spreadsheet on a daily basis into our list of Leads. I hope and assume that HubSpot would identify the duplicate Companies/Contacts, while preserving the metrics about individual SKUs and quantities sampled, as these metrics are important for our market intelligence.   When a sampled SKU progresses into a request for an estimate, the Lead will convert into a Deal. Should that Deal be approved, it will convert into a sale.     I took the time to create dedicated Leads properties that match each of the columns in my daily spreadsheet, but HubSpot is not able to perform a bulk import on Leads. Connecting my Hubspot data to Excel or a data visualization tool like PowerBI or Tableau should be so easy!   I need to create real-time dashboards or reports that are sharable with customers without any need for manual updating. I don't have time to manually export data and format it each week on our outreach for so many customers.    How does this not exist yet?  This should be supported out of the box just like Hubspot's add-ins for Outlook or Gmail.  Please don't send us hunting for 3rd party patches!   Thank you          ...read more

With a big databse of both companies and contacts, inevitably there will be cases of duplicate records. Especially when HubSpot can only alert through very specific data hooks (domain, email - both of which are not always guaranteed to be present).   The current way to de-duplicate and merge is very tedious. It either requires a lot of manual work. Even using the de-duplicating tool is a slow process as it still needs to be done one by one, and in cases double check to see which is the "main" entry.    What we need instead is the option to mass merge through import! By simply adding in a sheet two columns with the object IDs, first column having the "main" entry ID then having the "to be merged" entry ID.   This would save us a lot of time! ...read more

Just like there is a native property "Number of Associated Deals" or "Number of Associated Contacts" on the Company object, I am in dire need of expanding this to all objects and have an 'Associated' Property on all objects. Beginning with "number of associated Leads" on Company, Contact, and Deal. And on Leads: "number of associated Companies, Contacts, Deals, etc" But it should be everywhere: Any Ticket should have a Number of Associated "Fill in Object" for each object. Any Deal, any Lead, any Service, any... you name it. I have been building for several customers, and have to find all kinds of weird workarounds to be able to reference the fact that there is a related/associated record on a different object, when it should be there out of the box. Currently, when a new company record is created, HubSpot automatically associates an image—typically the company's logo—with the company card. This visual element is very helpful within the CRM interface. Feature Request: API Access to Company Images: Provide a way to programmatically access the images automatically associated with company records. Unfortunately, HubSpot does not export social posts from external sources, even though it displays them on the screen, nor does it export data according to the selected filter. I don't see how efficient it is to be able to see the data on the screen and not be able to export it. Reports with performance indicators are still manual, considering that we need to copy the information from HubSpot to Excel. ...read more
