When importing data with more than one item in a mutiselect field Hubspot is struggly to automaticly recignize and match the data. These used to work fine years ago and now I don't know what's going on but it needs to be fixed because it takes forever to upload data and fix errors.    Too Many Import Errors   ...その他を表示

Problem Statement: As an admin, I am trying to go through and clean up data in HubSpot. I am unable to export a list of the formatting issues such as location formatting, unexpected characters in names, etc. Many of these issues need to be verified with the Contact Owner, who is in Sales, and they do not have access to review the Data Quality insights and make the necessary updates. In addition, scheduling working sessions with the Contact Owners is not an efficient use of time. Background: We recently moved to HubSpot and migrated all of our data, and there are a lot of formatting issues to resolve, even after turning on the automation rules. It would be easier to provide our Sales reps an export of the issues so they can review on their own time and confirm the necessary changes. To extra a specific properties "Deal Stages" I need to capture the internal name that contains to set up some API. I've tried to export our User list from Settings, and even though in a knowlege base article is says you can export the seat assigned to each user, when I export it, that information doesn't show.  It will show the Team(s) and Permission Set assigned but then if the user is Deactivated.  After that though it's only export a field which I don't have on my screen which is "Paid Seat" which is a "yes" / "no" entry.  The Seat information does not show up.  Even if I try to filter my user list to just show a specific seat, when I'm exporting I don't get the filtered results, but the full list...       ...その他を表示
