Problem Statement: As an admin, I am trying to go through and clean up data in HubSpot. I am unable to export a list of the formatting issues such as location formatting, unexpected characters in names, etc. Many of these issues need to be verified with the Contact Owner, who is in Sales, and they do not have access to review the Data Quality insights and make the necessary updates. In addition, scheduling working sessions with the Contact Owners is not an efficient use of time. Background: We recently moved to HubSpot and migrated all of our data, and there are a lot of formatting issues to resolve, even after turning on the automation rules. It would be easier to provide our Sales reps an export of the issues so they can review on their own time and confirm the necessary changes. Proposed Solution: Provide the ability for formatting issues to be exported into a spreadsheet, along with the ability to define fields in the export.
