Hi yall. Grateful HubSpot allows us to set custom properties as "unique" allowing only one record to exist with a value unique to that record.   We use this for importing Applications as Deals, and use the Application_ID as a unique value.   Currently, when attempting to import an Application that has already been imported, the line will fail, noting "'application_id' property requires a unique value but was set to a value already in use" We would actually prefer the second import updates that Deal rather than failing, similar to how a Contacts unique identifier (email address) would update a contact on second import rather than failing. ...read more

Currently there is no way as a HubSpot client, or by HubSpot themselves (via Support) to do a user export which includes the two filters that are on the User & Teams settings screen: Permission Set & Status. These two fields are there as filters in settings, because they are the most useful filters to have, so it equally makes sense that they'd be needed for export too. Super Admins should be able to export this list with these two extra columns in it. The current available data for user export includes: User ID First name Last name Email address Last login date Assigned teams Assigned role Permissions My use case, is I want to take the full list of users and conduct an audit of them, going out to teams to clarify who does/doesn't need access and what level of access everyone needs - I'll also do some general clean up with first/last names, and team & role updates. These two fields I'm requesting would make the former task far eaiser, but can't be exported. So, I'll have to manually note down hundreds of times from HubSpot to excel to record it. To pre-empt the suggestion I could use Permissions, the Permissions (not Permission Set) is a very long string of permissions text and not user friendly to work with teams to determine permissions. The need to download and analyze data from Sequences, I can export everywhere else on the website except for Sequences.    I can cobble something together using the 'Sales Contact Analytics' tool and filtering 'Contact' data but downloading from the specific sequence page and getting data like Open Rates and what step is the contact in the sequence.    This idea has been kicking around since 2018: https://community.hubspot.com/t5/APIs-Integrations/Sequences-Data-Export/m-p/248477 ...read more

I have nearly 40 users of the scheduling tool in Hubspot and we'll likely have nearly double that by this time next year. We use the scheduling links for a lot of public facing materials, including our website. I need a way to be able to extract/export those links in bulk. When we "export all properties," the export provides a lot of valuable information, except 1 missing piece of basic information: the count of times the property is used across records (ie "2 (out of 64,020)").    Also, the count of times the property is "used in" (reports, WFs, etc), is available, but all of the data is in one row, requiring additional work in a spreadsheet to filter the data. It would be great if each of the "used in" macros were a column header, with the corresponding count within the row data for the property.  ...read more

As we import contacts, there should be a function to tag users in the note section, that way they can be notified. For now, if we mention user name, it  doesn't give a notification.   As on Hubspot, there's no task/note import where the other person can be notified. ...read more
