The introduction of Prospecting to manage leads is a welcome addition to HubSpot.  We have adopted it and over all it works really well.   However, some of the standard functionality in how you manage other record types (companies, deals and contacts) aren't available for Lead records.  This includes: exporting leads to a spreadhseet, and the ability to make wholesale changes to that export and re-import it back into HubSpot.  The ease of use of HubSpot doesn't seem to apply to Lead records which is frustracting and hard to understand.  Can this be fixed to make data management of lead data easier and encourage the adoption of the Lead feature in HubSpot?   ...read more

The need to download and analyze data from Sequences, I can export everywhere else on the website except for Sequences.    I can cobble something together using the 'Sales Contact Analytics' tool and filtering 'Contact' data but downloading from the specific sequence page and getting data like Open Rates and what step is the contact in the sequence.    This idea has been kicking around since 2018: https://community.hubspot.com/t5/APIs-Integrations/Sequences-Data-Export/m-p/248477 ...read more

We currently use Google sheets to create and send invoices. We plan to start using Hubspot. It would be great if there was a functionality to bulk import old invoices into the invoice object that we can then connect to deals, so we have all historical and present invoicing data in one place. ...read more

Hey,  I converted one of my clients to hubspot.  He is rather old school and his memory is face-based.  If a contact calls him the name does not always help him, the face does.  To help him we would like to add photos for contacts.  Adding a photo for each contact by hand is quite time consuming.  We would like the option to mass import conctact photos. We have several blogs with posts in multiple languages. We would love to import all the posts and associate them together with an ID so they can automatically be added to a multi-language group. This includes the importing of tags and authors in the correct multi-language groups. We have 5 blogs and 3500 posts between them all. Manually associating posts to a multi-language group is impossible and now we are forced to build an API-based application to create the posts.  ...read more

It would be very helpful to be able to import postal mail activities through the import tool. Currently the only options are manually on each record or through the api.   We work with financial services companies and they send a lot of direct mail through various banking platform providers. The mail sent through those platforms cannot be sent through HubSpot. They also don't always need to import direct mail from all platforms. So, when they do need to know which of their customers has been sent direct mail they often have to use over-complicated methods to get a one-time import into the CRM. ...read more

Recently, our team upgraded to an enterprise level of HubSpot, so we are conducting an overhaul of some of the properties to determine what we could improve use of via calculations. One of the things I wanted to look at to help determine this, and help clean up our back end a little bit, was to look at our data quality and see what is currently not being used and help determine if we need it or if we can delete it.  Unfortunately though, I am unable to export this information, which means having to go and search one by one each property.  I think that this would be helpful for other users as well to help clean up and improve the quality of data in each CRM so as to best optimize with the creation and use of contact and company personas. ...read more

It would be great if we had the option to create new properties through importing. For example, we select the property type, field type, and then have the options all within the import file.  ...read more

It would be useful if HubSpot allowed form submissions to be downloaded as a PDF. Currently, to convert form submissions to PDF, users have to use a minimum of two other platforms to find a workaround; This is unnecessarily complicated and could be simplified by HubSpot adding a "Download as PDF" option.  Hope to see this change implemented soon. ...read more
