Hello, I underastand that currently I am not able to import invoices into HubSpot from QBO. At this time, invoices can only be synced via the HubSpot-built QuickBooks integration.   In the future, will there be a process to import QBO invoice into Hubspot? Would be great to have the option to automatically email a report daily, weekly or monthly of an Active list export as a CSV file. Currently there is only the option to email a link that goes to my report dashboard, but from there you can only download a pdf. I have a vendor that requires a CSV file.  ... Mostrar más

Currently there is no way as a HubSpot client, or by HubSpot themselves (via Support) to do a user export which includes the two filters that are on the User & Teams settings screen: Permission Set & Status. These two fields are there as filters in settings, because they are the most useful filters to have, so it equally makes sense that they'd be needed for export too. Super Admins should be able to export this list with these two extra columns in it. The current available data for user export includes: User ID First name Last name Email address Last login date Assigned teams Assigned role Permissions My use case, is I want to take the full list of users and conduct an audit of them, going out to teams to clarify who does/doesn't need access and what level of access everyone needs - I'll also do some general clean up with first/last names, and team & role updates. These two fields I'm requesting would make the former task far eaiser, but can't be exported. So, I'll have to manually note down hundreds of times from HubSpot to excel to record it. To pre-empt the suggestion I could use Permissions, the Permissions (not Permission Set) is a very long string of permissions text and not user friendly to work with teams to determine permissions. My reps spend twice as much time logging their SMS messages as actually sending them. This is a resourcing challenge, as it is eating into their active outreach time.    If there were a way to simply upload a log to text messages via CSV at the end of each day, that associates with the contact and ideally company and deal records, it would be amazing.    I suspect associating with the company and deal would require an ID, given there isn't a unique identifier for them to use that would never be duplicated in the objects, so if we could at least start with contacts, we can do the rest of the associations after the fact.    This would save our reps hours per week, which could go toward more product sales activities.  ... Dear Product Team This request is about a feature that allows importing notes that can carry a mention. It would be great to import notes with mentions that cause the trigger of the notifications. So my coworkers would get my bulked messages. The problem is that if I import notes with @username or @userID these will be simple texts and not mentions. Currently, you can only download files in bulk from the Files tool if you are a Super Admin. However, you can download files individually if you have the permissions.    I'm suggesting a change to the permissions options to allow for bulk downloading of files to anyone with that permission set. ... Hi everyone,   I have the following problem:   I receive excel files with company records which I need to import to HubSpot with the only goal of updating their records (for example because the companies have been participating in an event, therefore I would like to ‘tag’ that in HubSpot.   We already have those company records in HubSpot. The problem however is that some companies have one headquarters and 3 local offices, which means that we already have 4 company records with the same domain address. Therefore, when I import a file, I cannot update the company I would like (in my case headquarters) because HubSpot uses 2 unique identifiers: ‘domain name’ & ‘record id’. So, since I cannot use the domain name the 2nd possibility is ‘record id’.  But to get the ‘record id’ I need to search for each company in HubSpot, and place that information in the excel sheet to import, so with the same success, I can add the tags manually. However, when you have more than 500 companies to update, it takes a lot of time to go through all of them.   Therefore I am asking, if it would be possible to either have a 3rd unique identifier for Headquarter / Local Office or even better (if possible) companies to have the right to choose their perfect 3 unique identifier which will allow them to use that property for imports as well as for integration purposes.   Thank you and have a great day! 🙂      ...
