Hi everyone,   I have the following problem:   I receive excel files with company records which I need to import to HubSpot with the only goal of updating their records (for example because the companies have been participating in an event, therefore I would like to ‘tag’ that in HubSpot.   We already have those company records in HubSpot. The problem however is that some companies have one headquarters and 3 local offices, which means that we already have 4 company records with the same domain address. Therefore, when I import a file, I cannot update the company I would like (in my case headquarters) because HubSpot uses 2 unique identifiers: ‘domain name’ & ‘record id’. So, since I cannot use the domain name the 2nd possibility is ‘record id’.  But to get the ‘record id’ I need to search for each company in HubSpot, and place that information in the excel sheet to import, so with the same success, I can add the tags manually. However, when you have more than 500 companies to update, it takes a lot of time to go through all of them.   Therefore I am asking, if it would be possible to either have a 3rd unique identifier for Headquarter / Local Office or even better (if possible) companies to have the right to choose their perfect 3 unique identifier which will allow them to use that property for imports as well as for integration purposes.   Thank you and have a great day! 🙂      ...read more

Some users are located outside the USA and may not have access to the HubSpot payments tool or the built-in Stripe payment processing. Would be great to have the option to automatically email a report daily, weekly or monthly of an Active list export as a CSV file. Currently there is only the option to email a link that goes to my report dashboard, but from there you can only download a pdf. I have a vendor that requires a CSV file.  ...read more

With a big databse of both companies and contacts, inevitably there will be cases of duplicate records. Especially when HubSpot can only alert through very specific data hooks (domain, email - both of which are not always guaranteed to be present).   The current way to de-duplicate and merge is very tedious. It either requires a lot of manual work. Even using the de-duplicating tool is a slow process as it still needs to be done one by one, and in cases double check to see which is the "main" entry.    What we need instead is the option to mass merge through import! By simply adding in a sheet two columns with the object IDs, first column having the "main" entry ID then having the "to be merged" entry ID.   This would save us a lot of time! ...read more

Would like the option to import a single object list with the option to just add any new records in the list, while kicking out records where email matches an existing record.   We have several family members in our membership who share an email address (specifically minors and spouses) that I wouldn't want their data to be overwritten with another family members information.   Having the matching emails kick out would give us a way to know which members we need to contact to obtain unique emails for.   Thanks in advance!   ...read more

When we "export all properties," the export provides a lot of valuable information, except 1 missing piece of basic information: the count of times the property is used across records (ie "2 (out of 64,020)").    Also, the count of times the property is "used in" (reports, WFs, etc), is available, but all of the data is in one row, requiring additional work in a spreadsheet to filter the data. Hello, I underastand that currently I am not able to import invoices into HubSpot from QBO. At this time, invoices can only be synced via the HubSpot-built QuickBooks integration.   In the future, will there be a process to import QBO invoice into Hubspot? Hey,  I converted one of my clients to hubspot.  He is rather old school and his memory is face-based.  If a contact calls him the name does not always help him, the face does.  To help him we would like to add photos for contacts.  Adding a photo for each contact by hand is quite time consuming.  We would like the option to mass import conctact photos. Bonjour,    J'ai eu un soucis avec un workflow , une erreur de paraméttrage et je me suis rendu compte que vous ne proposer pas d'annuler l'action faite par un workflow ce qui est quand même dommage dans la mesure où l'erreur est possible.    Par ailleurs si il n'est pas possible de créer la fonction de annulation du workflow est ce possible de nous permettre de faire des exports / import d'historique par rapport à une date ?
