Hey, I converted one of my clients to hubspot. He is rather old school and his memory is face-based. If a contact calls him the name does not always help him, the face does. To help him we would like to add photos for contacts. Adding a photo for each contact by hand is quite time consuming. We would like the option to mass import conctact photos. The options to import via API would also help for now. Greetings from germany.

HubSpot has several export functions for Records (such as deals) and Reports, however the data that comes out for it isn't always in an ideal format. For example, when exporting a report with number field it shows it in a decimal. It's hard to use it to calculate/sum an amount. Having a feature to format our fields before exporting them would solve this

Within the activity buttons for a contact it would be useful for admins to be able to crreate their own custom buttons as they may have different kinds of activity to log. i.e. a webchat with a customer.

It would be great if we had the option to create new properties through importing. For example, we select the property type, field type, and then have the options all within the import file.

Submitting on behalf of a customer: SKUs are commonly used as a product's identification code elsewhere. It would be great to allow SKU's to be used as a unique identifier (such as with email for Contacts) when importing or updating products.

There is currently no functionality to convert a "Report" run by our Sales Team into a "List" for our Marketing Team to send out a campaign to. HubSpot can however use lists as filters for reports, this is essentially the other way around. Ability to convert back and forth would save extra unnecessary steps. Thanks.

Currently, the only way to retrieve the property history is by mass exporting all the changes under settings. It would be really helpful if we could review the property history outside HubSpot for a given list or import. In case we want to revert back to the old property value, isolating the property history for a list would reduce the laborious task of cleaning up a mass export file.

We tend to go to Contacts/Contacts to work with filtering to fine tune the criteria we need for segmented lists for our campaigns and projects. I've looked for a way to create a list after we have the final filtering set, but all I find is an export option, which is doable, but seems inefficient when I turn around and import the file to create the list (with all the steps that entails). Even if we have to save the view first, can we get a Create List option in the Contacts index window?
