I would like to request the availability to export/print customer notes. There are a variety of roles that could benefit from this feature. For my example, we are a financial institution subject to intense audits of customer information. We are legally required to keep files with dated customer communications when related to specific products. Our team loves using Hubspot, but saving the information in a secondary location becomes tedious. Simply having the ability to filter a customer's activity and notes and then print to pdf or export would be extremely helpful.

Hello, I underastand that currently I am not able to import invoices into HubSpot from QBO. At this time, invoices can only be synced via the HubSpot-built QuickBooks integration. In the future, will there be a process to import QBO invoice into Hubspot? The import can manually associate invoices in Hubspot with Companies, Deals, etc. Please let me know if you have any questions. Thank you.

Need an efficient way to import budget, forecast, and goals by customer. In a bind not being able to import such data and see it live in Sales Dashboards. BIG pain point and almost considering other CRM's to combat this issue. Would love any feedback in ways to combat this issue.

Hi Community, There should be filters in the import view if in case we want to check the imports done by a particular user or on date filter to view the latest import done by any user. It would be great if HubSpot this functionality. Thanks!

Would be great to have the option to automatically email a report daily, weekly or monthly of an Active list export as a CSV file. Currently there is only the option to email a link that goes to my report dashboard, but from there you can only download a pdf. I have a vendor that requires a CSV file.

Currently, all contacts used in list creation/marketing email send are automatically added to your CRM in your total contact count by default. It would be great if we had the option to import lists of contacts without those contacts being added to the 'all contacts' section.

It would be great if we had the option to create new properties through importing. For example, we select the property type, field type, and then have the options all within the import file.

Subject says it all. This would be for any member of the sales team that wants to reduce time it takes to update contacts from spreadsheets upload to hubspot, specifically the "lead" object attached to each contact.

With a big databse of both companies and contacts, inevitably there will be cases of duplicate records. Especially when HubSpot can only alert through very specific data hooks (domain, email - both of which are not always guaranteed to be present). The current way to de-duplicate and merge is very tedious. It either requires a lot of manual work. Even using the de-duplicating tool is a slow process as it still needs to be done one by one, and in cases double check to see which is the "main" entry. What we need instead is the option to mass merge through import! By simply adding in a sheet two columns with the object IDs, first column having the "main" entry ID then having the "to be merged" entry ID. This would save us a lot of time!

Currently there is no way as a HubSpot client, or by HubSpot themselves (via Support) to do a user export which includes the two filters that are on the User & Teams settings screen: Permission Set & Status. These two fields are there as filters in settings, because they are the most useful filters to have, so it equally makes sense that they'd be needed for export too. Super Admins should be able to export this list with these two extra columns in it. The current available data for user export includes: User ID First name Last name Email address Last login date Assigned teams Assigned role Permissions My use case, is I want to take the full list of users and conduct an audit of them, going out to teams to clarify who does/doesn't need access and what level of access everyone needs - I'll also do some general clean up with first/last names, and team & role updates. These two fields I'm requesting would make the former task far eaiser, but can't be exported. So, I'll have to manually note down hundreds of times from HubSpot to excel to record it. To pre-empt the suggestion I could use Permissions, the Permissions (not Permission Set) is a very long string of permissions text and not user friendly to work with teams to determine permissions.
