For auditing, reporting, traking and troubleshooting purposes, there should be a global log of all email transactions for an organization. The log should contain at a minimum, From Address, Reply-To Address, Recipient Address, Date Sent, Subject. Including details like Message Size, Attachment, and Delivery Status would be helpful. Presently it looks like the only way to get some of this information, is per campaign, which obviously isn't all email, or using an API, and not all of us are programmers or have internal resources to take advantage of the API. An example of where this data would be useful is identifing sending sources that are contributing to an organization's email domain being blocked due to be classified as spam.
