For auditing, reporting, traking and troubleshooting purposes, there should be a global log of all email transactions for an organization.  The log should contain at a minimum, From Address, Reply-To Address, Recipient Address, Date Sent, Subject.  Including details like Message Size, Attachment, and Delivery Status would be helpful.   Presently it looks like the only way to get some of this information, is per campaign, which obviously isn't all email, or using an API, and not all of us are programmers or have internal resources to take advantage of the API.   An example of where this data would be useful is identifing sending sources that are contributing to an organization's email domain being blocked due to be classified as spam. ...read more

When exporting a report containing a list of tasks to CSV, XLS, or XLSX, the Queue column displays each Queue's ID rather than the name. It would be much more useful if the name would appear in the exported data rather than the ID. ...read more

If I want to add a large number of contacts to an existing static list, I need to navigate to https://app.hubspot.com/import/[INSTANCE_ID]. If the static list you want to add to isn't in the 10 most recent, you have to look page by page to find it.   Can you add a search bar to make this quicker? ...read more

Reuseable Template definitions for imports are a must have. I am horrible missing them in hubspot. The reason is, that properties have the same names in contacts and company records. So defining a header row in excel is not sufficient to get a unique match. We have to import files from our external sales agents on daily basis and i have always to make the correction of the object in hubspot (from contacts to company). While using the sales meeting page links, I discovered functionality that will be undesired as well as present a security issue. I believe this could be an issue for forms in general.   When a form includes a field like "email" which is tied as a unique property to a contact, all associated property fields in the form will be overwritten for a contact if the email they entered exists. This means that if a 3rd party has a list of emails from the database, they could overwrite or erase information in the database.   There should be an option to save or not save certain properties of a form to the database (and non-saved entries get logged as responses somewhere else).   Additionally, a feature where the user has to validate their email with a code sent to them prior to form responses going directly to the database would be appreciated.   ...read more
