Limiting Data Export Threshold for Users Super Admins should have enhanced control over contact exports, including who can export and the quantity they can export from the system. At present, the only options are a toggle to enable or disable contact downloads, and a threshold for notifications after a large export. We would like to have the ability to export information from a report to external actors, that includes all the information in each report when exporting a dashboard, even if the external actors doesn't have a Hubspot account.    As for now, the only way to include all the information in a report, is to export it as a CSV file (to also give the receiver the ability to copy the information in the report). The problem is that I can't choose which e-mails to export the CSV-file to, I can only export it to myself. This means that I have to forward each export of CSV-file to external actors e-mails each time. Duplicates are a cancer that will kill any CRM product if left unaddressed.  I believe it's in Hubspot's best interest that ANY paying client--large or small--is equiped with tools to fight the cancer of dupes.       To make such basic admin tools (bulk dedupe/merge) only available to Enterprise or Operations Hub subscriptions is a penny-wise, pound-foolish mistake.      ...read more

Please allow admins to create their own Record ID that is unique, out side of domain URL or Record ID. I have my own Unique Identifiers per record, and I do not have Domain URLs for 90% of my prospects/clients. If i want to do a mass upload to update info, i have to export all of my currrent Record IDs then marry them up with my unique identifier OUTSIDE of hubspot. Once done i have to import back in.  1. Admins or users that import leads in bulk 2. Goal is to update records in bulk INSIDE of hubspot 3. This will save time and keep me dependent on your product. Hi, when importing contacts the next button is quite far from the card. I have to move my finger twice on the touchpad. If relocate the button to straight under the cards it would take less time to click the next Button (approx 1-2 seconds) ...read more

Please implement this! The EMAIL field may not always be available when dealing with importing contacts, nor may it be always entered in the initial record. Implementing this feature would allow for more flexibility, control and a better UX when importing contacts.   ...read more

Reuseable Template definitions for imports are a must have. I am horrible missing them in hubspot. The reason is, that properties have the same names in contacts and company records. So defining a header row in excel is not sufficient to get a unique match. We have to import files from our external sales agents on daily basis and i have always to make the correction of the object in hubspot (from contacts to company).
