I've tried to export our User list from Settings, and even though in a knowlege base article is says you can export the seat assigned to each user, when I export it, that information doesn't show.  It will show the Team(s) and Permission Set assigned but then if the user is Deactivated.  After that though it's only export a field which I don't have on my screen which is "Paid Seat" which is a "yes" / "no" entry.  The Seat information does not show up.  Even if I try to filter my user list to just show a specific seat, when I'm exporting I don't get the filtered results, but the full list...       ...read more

The limitation that you have to import all association labels for a single record on the same line, separated by semi-colons makes things really difficult for casual end users who are building spreadsheets for import!      For example, we have a client who collects data on an ad hoc basis from their partners to see which of their clients the partner is working with. Ideally, they would be able to build a big spreadsheet with a list of the partners and clients, with each unique combination on their own individual row (there's also a VLOOKUP table that's pulling in the Record ID for the partner & client Company records). Training users to try to combine these rows into a single row when there are multiple association labels just isn't intuitive for users and it's a real blocker for them for adoption.  ...read more
