The introduction of Prospecting to manage leads is a welcome addition to HubSpot.  We have adopted it and over all it works really well.   However, some of the standard functionality in how you manage other record types (companies, deals and contacts) aren't available for Lead records.  This includes: exporting leads to a spreadhseet, and the ability to make wholesale changes to that export and re-import it back into HubSpot.  The ease of use of HubSpot doesn't seem to apply to Lead records which is frustracting and hard to understand.  Can this be fixed to make data management of lead data easier and encourage the adoption of the Lead feature in HubSpot?   ...read more

Currently, when a new company record is created, HubSpot automatically associates an image—typically the company's logo—with the company card. This visual element is very helpful within the CRM interface. Feature Request: API Access to Company Images: Provide a way to programmatically access the images automatically associated with company records. Allow these images to be retrieved and downloaded via the HubSpot API. Use Case: Our team wants to integrate these company images into our external database and internal systems. Having access to these images would enable us to: Enhance our external databases with visual identifiers. Streamline internal workflows that utilize company branding. We currently use Google sheets to create and send invoices. We plan to start using Hubspot. It would be great if there was a functionality to bulk import old invoices into the invoice object that we can then connect to deals, so we have all historical and present invoicing data in one place. ...read more

My reps spend twice as much time logging their SMS messages as actually sending them. This is a resourcing challenge, as it is eating into their active outreach time.    If there were a way to simply upload a log to text messages via CSV at the end of each day, that associates with the contact and ideally company and deal records, it would be amazing.    I suspect associating with the company and deal would require an ID, given there isn't a unique identifier for them to use that would never be duplicated in the objects, so if we could at least start with contacts, we can do the rest of the associations after the fact.    This would save our reps hours per week, which could go toward more product sales activities.  ...read more

It would be useful if HubSpot allowed form submissions to be downloaded as a PDF. Currently, to convert form submissions to PDF, users have to use a minimum of two other platforms to find a workaround; This is unnecessarily complicated and could be simplified by HubSpot adding a "Download as PDF" option.  Hope to see this change implemented soon. ...read more

Hi!   The export API is a nice feature, but in case of huge exports, it's inconvenient to check whether the process is ready or not.    Adding the option to receive a webhook event when the export is ready would solve this problem. I imagine this being implemented on the API side by adding a new optional parameter to the /crm/v3/exports/export/async endpoint, where the user can specify a webhook URL and the export ID would be attached as a query parameter.   Request body example: { "exportName": "<string>", "exportType": "VIEW", ... Currently, you can only download files in bulk from the Files tool if you are a Super Admin. However, you can download files individually if you have the permissions.    I'm suggesting a change to the permissions options to allow for bulk downloading of files to anyone with that permission set. ...read more

HubSpot email feature does not allow adding a property file (e.g: a pdf) as a personalized token when emailing a list of users with different files. To solve this, I have been using a rich text property to be used in the email. You can import the list with the different links to the files but you should not forget to format the spreadsheet with an HTML string <a href="link to be used ">Link name </a> so that it shows as a link in the rich text property ...read more

It would be very helpful to be able to import postal mail activities through the import tool. Currently the only options are manually on each record or through the api.   We work with financial services companies and they send a lot of direct mail through various banking platform providers. The mail sent through those platforms cannot be sent through HubSpot. They also don't always need to import direct mail from all platforms. So, when they do need to know which of their customers has been sent direct mail they often have to use over-complicated methods to get a one-time import into the CRM. ...read more
