We're new to Hubspot, and I noticed that the availability of support chat is unpredictable. It would be appreciated if there was some sort of indicator, maybe a red or green dot, just above the question mark icon on our app, to let us know that there is an operator available to consult with on a question we have or issue we're facing. This way better manages our expectations, keeps work flowing, and avoids wasting time clicking in, typing a question, only to see that chat support isn't available.
