We are currently using the free version of Hubspot. The contact limit is 1000 contacts. I tried to delete the 1000 contacts currently registered and enter a new contact, but I get an error message saying “The limit of 1000 contacts has been reached” and I am unable to add a new contact. HubSpot is marketed as a HIPAA compliant system. I really do not agree to that. Todays function of an incoming email to HelpDesk is an automatic association to primary company, and the contacted individual as well as the five most recent open deals that are not in closed won or lost stage. That is a problem itself, whit that comes next problem, all attachments that might come in this email will also automatically be attached to the Attachment section to all places associated. For us, as a Medical Device Company, handling with Personal Data, and with contacts working with many of our customer, this is a disaster. Inormation regarding Cusomer A will end up at e.g Deals belonging to Customer B and C. And this can't be turned off. I think it is of great importance that You at HubSpot make a change to this asap, making us being able to turn those setting off, and to descide by ourselves what to be associated and attached. thank You!   ... Images often are not clearly visible in the HelpDesk (part of SupportHub) conversation view of tickets.   Support analysts have the workaround to right-click>open image in new tab to see the image, but can make this difficult to read when clients raise a big email with many images. It also introduces a layer of friction that competitor products, such as ZenDesk don't have, and therefore makes us less likely to recommend HubSpot for Service.   Thanks jack ... Exibir mais

I am extremely disappointed with Hubspot's horrible - or actually non-existant customer service. I am having a riducusly difficult time just logging in! Sometimes it takes me the better part of an hour just to get logged in to my Hubspot account.  I have requested help MANY times, but I only get automated responses and never a response from a human.  Can anyone tell me how to get a response from a human being at Hubspot to help me with my login probelm? ... We need a feature that allows auto-replies to be sent within support tickets. I can send automatic emails using workflows triggered by certain criteria like ticket status etc, however, these emails are sent as marketing emails with a separate subject line to the original ticket.    This means that customers have two email threads, one with the original ticket and another with the automated email. When viewing the ticket in the support portal they can't see this email reply so it looks as if we closed the ticket without response.    The automated email needs to be added to the ticket conversation and ideally it would not be send as marketing email as that means some contacts might miss out on important updates relating to their support tickets.   We receive a high number of product feedback tickets and we automate responses to this request type to ensure that customers receive timely feedback based on Jira issue status changes.  It is impossible to scale support as per your value proposition without integrated automation that feels seamless to customers. ... Currently, attachments are only showing in the conversation history of the customer portal.  We routinely provide tailored documentation to our support clients and the history of the attachments/viewing can be challenging to navigate.  Requesting Hubspot show a summarized view in the customer portal>Ticket> with a consolidated view of all the attachments posted.  ... As a HubSpot Enterprise user, I’d like to request the ability to fully customize the contextual sidebar that appears when selecting a task from Sales , Summary , Your Tasks , All Tasks, specifically the contact view displayed within that sidebar. Currently, the customizations made through Object , Record Customization , Preview Sidebar for contacts do not apply to this contextual sidebar, which limits our ability to tailor the interface to our internal processes. It would be extremely helpful to have the option to: a. Hide or show specific sections or objects b. Reorder modules based on priority or relevance c. Apply conditional logic or templates, similar to record customization in object views This would streamline our task workflows, reduce cognitive load for sales reps, and ensure that the most relevant information is surfaced in the right context.
